Well, as a brand new member, I figure I'll let you get to know my face. Here it is, in all of it's bearded glory; Right about six months ago  This one was taken last summer  This one is about a year and a half old... Maybe a touch more. Summer-fall of 2008

What did you use, what's the aspect ratio, and how long did it take? That particular suit (the eighth one I've made) is made of galvanized steel (sadly not stainless.... ;_ wink , out of 14 gauge wire (0.0 cool diameter, spun on a 5/16" mandrel (roughly .3125" ID) with an resulting AR of roughly 4, after springback. Since I took a bunch of breaks on it, it took me about a year and a half to finish it, but, all in all, it prolly took me about... oh... 4 months or so? Give or take.
