d**k heard what was said by Dundee and Arell, and he did his best to play it cool. He knew just how mad Bruce could and would get when it came to his cars... As did Tim. Tim knew very well...
Brenda, for her part as she stood half-shrouded in shadow, didn't appear to notice until Dun' and Arell spoke up. Of course she really had, but had tried not to suddenly explode, reminding herself that this was not really her cave, her Manor, her property. But at Arell's words, she briefly let anger enter her features. It left as quickly as it appeared however, and Brenda briefly shook her head, letting her hair drape down over her face a bit.
Abby looked down at the burnout marks, and moved back over to Tim, still on edge. Brigade also examined the burnout marks, but didn't really react. It turned its head back to Bruce and waited patiently.

Bruce looked at the group. "Where is the girl?" He turned back to the Batwave and pressed the button for the communicator. "All available heroes that know the location of the Batcave, please report to said location or keep your communicators on."
Bruce turned back to the group and eyed the lot of them. "I have some things to say but I want everyone ready before I begin."

Arell looked at Dundee. "Does C.J. have a communicator?" he asked, scratching his head.
Dundee shook his head. "None of us do except our cell phones. Besides, right now, we're probably not considered on either side. Now shush! Bruce gon' talk!" Dundee hissed.
Arell, amused at the little man that told him to please shut the hell up laughed, but waited for Bruce to speak up.

[Enter Jinx from Wayne Manor]
The currently auburn tressed goth sorceress with cat-like pink eyes and wearing black and purple dress descended down the long stairwell with a tired expression and slightly slumped shoulders. Jinx felt like she was walking down to her doom, as she could almost feel Bruce Wayne's eyes on her, Oh joy.....
Jinx heard Wayne's comment and knew it was about her. Walking up toward the billionaire vigilante, weary yet defiant pink eyes greeted Mr. Wayne, "The 'girl' is here. And .... For your information, my name is Jinx, and I'm a Titan in case you were not aware, Sir."

Dundee looked at Jinx. "You may be a Titan, but he's the BAT. I wouldn't try to trump that . . . " he said. Not being condescending, but rather concerned for his (and Arell's) safety as they waited for whatever Bruce had to say.
Meanwhile, Arell was still rather impressed at the burnout. Using his . . . "photographic memory" and a computer where his eye had been, started taking pictures of what went on. He was well aware that he was still in a place of seclusion, so he was NOT about to put it on his facebook page.
If C.J. were in the room, he would have probably been joking around to ease the tenseness of the room. Of course, leave it to him to be busy when his one-liners, dumb jokes and cheery disposition would have eased things up, but no . . . the missing batmobile (save for the broken side view mirror still on the ground) and the fact that he and Misty had not been back for a while should have been evidence to at least why one particular writer thinks that Bruce is about to hold this meeting.

Bruce sighed and looked at the others, the communicator still on. "I understand that everyone is trying to help out while the major heroes are missing. I appreciate this. What I don't appreciate is everyone using my Batcave as a clubhouse. Now I am going to take a look at all mission reports from the last few years and see how everyone has been working. If people haven't been making reports before they need to start." He looked at Crystal. "I am going to start coordinating your missions and would like to at least be filled in when someone goes and does something."
He paused for a moment. "Now back to my cave being the new hot spot for all heroes. This needs to stop. There are several Titan towers all over the world and the Justice League orbital base that people can use to gather. Sense there is no real continuity on this Earth I would suggest that everyone use one or two places to meet up. The orbital base is the most protected and secure location and I would advise that you use it."
He turned to Jinx. "Now on to people masquerading as other people. I am sure anyone doing this is doing it out of good intention but do keep in mind, in this universe where people can pop up at any time, that the original of that hero might show up at any time. Be ready to give up that identity."
"Now, if anyone wants to use my vehicles, ask me first. Now that I'm back I would appreciate it if I could know when, how and by whom my vehicles are being used." Bruce rubbed the bridge of his nose.
"I'll be picking a few people to go to the Justice League base to make sure that it is in working condition. Once everything is confirmed working we will be gathering there instead of my cave. People with technical experience and/or knowledge of the orbital base, please volunteer to go up now." He looked over the group that was in front of him.
He then looked at the com. "If anyone needs to get a hold of me Catgirl, Robin and Nightwing will have my new communicator address." He turned the com off and reset the address on the frequency.
Bruce looked to Jinx once more. "I know you're a Titan. But this is still my house, my rules. If you don't wish to follow my rules, you can hang up Batgirl's mask and leave my cave."
"Now, anyone that is willing to follow my rules can stay. You five!" He pointed between Jack, Arell, Abby, Brigade and Dundee. "Line up." He pointed next to him at the computer.
Jack walked up to Bruce the long way, picking up a batarang along the way.
"Put that back!" Bruce glared at Jack.
Jack slowly walked backwards and put the batarang back before continuing up to Bruce, whistling.

Tim processed all of this... though very few times had he actually had access to the Watch Tower Satellite himself. He'd probably be one of the first to go up and check on the technical aspects, and he signaled this fact to Bruce with a short and quick two-finger wave. He then looked at Abby when she was beckoned, giving her an 'it's okay' look. Yep. Here came the major organization that was bound to happen..... hopefully this new organization would sort itself out.
"Bruce, Oracle has been doing all she can with communications. She's working with a different-verse group called the X-men, and she's at their base at the moment..."
Maybe it would be also good to mention to the bat that Robin had only been around for a week, tops..... and yet, maybe not now.

Abby, eyes wide, gave Tim a look that said: "Please don't let him kill me!", and she moved over to where Bruce had indicated. Brigade followed, stoic as always, while d**k, Damian, and Brenda watched. Both Damian and Brenda had odd smirks on their faces, for different reasons: Damian because he was enjoying his father chewing people out, and Brenda because of a sense of nostalgia. When she had still been Bruce in her universe, she had often been that terse. Granted, him apparently using an unsecured channel was a very, very stupid move.

Kai motioned to help out at the base as well then stopped realizing how much she really shouldn't. Despite being at the base more often then most, for reasons she isn't completely sure of most of the time, she got to know the layout of the base, the training room there, for which she was trained by Black Canary when she was in healing from some major damage she took from a gotham villian. Bane to be exact. Having had both her shoulders pulled out of place, she had to be out of commission in a safe location from Cadmus which was, at the time also trying to pin her to some crimes involving murder of Cadmus agents. And, that cold, boring, base above the earth... So lame. All she learned really was how to work the teleporting passes, run diagnostics in the bay areas for ships, and make sure the power was running to the kitchen. That and the placement of several closets filled with cleaning supplies.
"How bout, I take that back. Tim should be enough help right Bruce?"
"Crap, talking out of turn... please say yes. Tim should be enough" She thought... Hoping that Bruce might not remember the chores the JLA gave her around the orbiting base.

Dundee was panicking his a** off when Bruce ordered them to line up. He tried to make a run for it, but Arell grabbed him by the coat. "Doan' be so jumpy, man." he said in his low Cajun growl, bringing the younger man up to the line, next to him.
In truth, he was scared, too. Starting to sweat a little bit. Dundee could notice it, but not many other people would be able to notice. After all, he was a gunslinger, not exactly one to show emotions.

Bruce asked each and every one of the five a series of questions and put the answers into the computer, making their own files in the Batwave. After he was done with questions he would p.rick their finger and put their DNA into the computer as well. "Everyone is now in the system. Don't make me regret it."
He then started to watch the videos he had pulled up and simultaneously was reading files of other heroes and villains that he had yet to learn about. "Everyone is free to go do what they need to."

Jinx lingered behind a few moments to catch a moment with Bruce Wayne. With a slight simmering of the goth sorceress' anger, Roshni filed it away to keep her from saying anything she shouldn't, "Mr. Wayne.... For the record, I've never treated your home as a 'clubhouse.' I've tried to take care of everything and maintain a vigil -- least your enemies start thinking that you and those who follow you abandoned Gotham....
"....And also for the record, I have nowhere else to go. The first Tower is in ruins, and the other Towers dissappeared with the world merge. I once had to survive on the streets, and... I never want to become her again, Mr. Wayne. I hope you can understand that."

"And I hope you realize you were not the only one receiving that talk. I was addressing each and every problem as they are. What I was directing at you, was that if you want to keep being Batgirl, you have to keep in mind that the Barbara that wears that mask might come into this world at any point." Bruce turned and looked at Jinx.
"You don't need to take everything personal. I was speaking to an unknown number of individuals and from what I can figure many of them have been using the cave as the local super hero meet and greet." Bruce watched her reaction.

"Miss Gordon is in a wheelchair.... Wait a minute.... Pardon me for asking, but what's the last thing you remember, Mr. Wayne? If you don't remember about Miss Gordon being in the wheelchair...." Jinx's pink catlike eyes scaned Bruce's face looking for reactions. She began to suspect that this Bruce Wayne wasn't from the current time.

"I know she's in a wheel chair, but at the same time do we not have two or three Jason Todds, all from different times/Earths running around?" He motioned to the Jason Todd file that he was looking at. "Is it not possible that another Barbara from before she got shot, if she was to get shot on her Earth at all, could show up in this messed up world?"
Bruce made his classic raised eyebrow look at her. He wondered why she hadn't thought of this herself.
By this point it would become apparent, with Bruce's manor of speech, that the Bruce identity was stronger than the Batman identity in him.
Jack looked at his finger when he got pricked and then looked back at Brigade. "So let's go and get a car to go find my car."
