When you do, Memoirs from Paraiso is designed specifically for forum newbies to get into the groove with the style of the rest of the forum, and no one gets rejected. Elemental Academy will accept latecomers, as will Wheel Wars, though the GM is really nitpicky about the character sheets that will be accepted even though it's technically closed. D.grey Man is still accepting, and a lot of others still are too.
