"Look lady, i couldnt get close to him because of his gas problem, and my light show didn't do jack!! I wasn't exactly eager to charge into a losing battle!" Jun said, a little ticked at her tone. at least she wasnt squeezing the living daylights out of him.

Natsumi got off the Gear as well, then picked it up and held it. "Do things like that normally attack people around here?" she asked Travis.

Sheo thought about the fact that she had saved Zero. She didn't care about that mutant who had tried to kill her - scratch that. He'd just tried to ignore her, every time she tried to get him to try to kill her.
Turning her thoughts back to Jun, Sheo laughed, and poked him in the chest five more times, softly. "You are so cute, did I tell you that? My offer for you to stay at my place still stands," Sheo told him, walking away. Her apartment was only a few blocks down the street.
Where was Aurelio and that Spanish dude? And whatever happened with the helicopter?

"No wonder this place is called 'the worst place to live'," Natsumi said, mostly to herself. Then she realized she hadn't introduced herself yet. She held out her free hand and said, "My name's Natsumi Suzuki by the way."

 Lulu heard what Sheo said, calling her a loser. She was irritated, but she continued to walk away.

Jun grumbled a bit before catching up with her. "Look, i do need a place stay so i'll take your offer, but only on two conditions!" he said holding up two fingers as he walked alongside her. "No kibble and no kitty pillow, got it? While cat apendages i may have, that doesnt make me a cat! Especially since i dont even know why i have these things in the first place!"

Sheo pursed her lips, as she walked backwards to face Jun. "Oh... dang. Well, I may or may not have two other guests, so... one couch, one bed, only enough room for three people. There is the vault... hmmm," Sheo said as she thought about things.
"All right. You can take the sofa. Aurelio can sleep in my vault, because he's been there already. Freaky Spanish dude with the sword can sleep on the floor, I guess...."
It should be noted that, unless Aurelio and Daisuke were following them back to her apartment, they were out of earshot.
"It's that big apartment, right over there," Sheo told him. "My room is the one with the hole the size of a soccer ball in the wall. Now it's filled with some white plastic foam, and so is the doorman. Let's go."

Jun folded his hands behind his head as he followed alongside Sheo. "Hey, you know i never caught your name...Which would be good to know if im going to be living with you for god-knows-how-long..."
