Kate had stiffened when they had found the newborn, thankful that Alice had pulled her along home, she watched in sympathy as the girl was trying to figure out what had happened to her.

Pandora relized that she was just as shocked as Kate was, and she too had to be pulled along. She was wary of the girl. She wasn't exactly an immortal 'child' by the standards that the volturi had taught her, but she was still terribly young for a vampire, even Jane and Alec were turned at about 15.

When Emmett told her of the news, Rosalie felt sympathy for the small girl. Even though she wanted to remain there with him, alone in the forest, her home was calling her, her own maternal insticts awakening. Esme had her, Emmett, Edward, Alice, Jasper, and now Bella, and Pandora as children. Eclipse and Kate as grandchildren. Alice had Eclipse and now Kate as her own children now. Rosalie yearned for a child for as long as she could remember. Maybe fate was telling her this was her chance. She would understand if the girl wanted Bella and Edward, or Kate and Eclipse instead, but she hoped she would pick her and Emmett. She threw the rest of her clothes on in what would have been a heartbeat, and ran, faster than she ever had before, holding onto Emmett's hand all the way home.

Eclipse turned as Rose and Emmet came inside, she lifted her head in greeting but returned her attention to Tawny
"I remembered something else, I have a twin brother, he looks just like me but with short hair and his name is peter... he was with me... when... that man attacked me...." she said to Eclipse
"he was with you? I will go search for him.... that is unless you want me here?" she asked
"don't leave me!" she begged
"I won't but if your brother was with you then we NEED to find him.... he amy be hurt...."

Edward walked into the house, holding Bella's hand in his and thought about what had just happnened. What a situation this was, a newborn vampire, who was only twelve just happened to be finishing up her change when their group went shopping in the same area she was in. Either this was a bit of luck, or just coincidence for Tawny, but either way it wasfor her best interest that she went with them because if she didnt the Volturi would have probably killed her if she showed herself to that large a nuber of humans on a feeding spree.
Edward found himself standing next to Tawny and Eclipse, listening to their conversation. "Eclipse, its probably for the best interest of Tawny if you stay here while we all explained what happened to her, since she seems to be a bit more attatched to you than anyone else. Besides, we cant leave the whole explanation to Carlisle, after all he wasnt even there when we found her and we dont need to give him that much stress." he said, putting the word about Carlisle out simply, and it did seem rather cruel if Carlisle had to explain everything. "And about her brother, i couldnt hear any other signs of distress, by human or... another creature. So if anything he might have been... consumed." he said trying to not give anything away in his wording that Tawny would understand, but knowign the rest will know exactly what he was talking about.
Edward then sighed softly to himself and glanced at Bella, she seemed perfectly okay, he was worried before though that the newborn's hidden hostility would effect her adn still was. "Are you okay?" he asked her in a whisper so only she could hear, and stroked her hand in his lovingly.

"hmm? oh I'm fine, what about you?" Bella said "are you?"
Eclipse looked up at Edward with a face that looked like she was about to burst into tears,she bit her lip and looked down at Tawny
Bella turned "the TV" she whispered, a news reel was running almost silently about a group of hikers near Seattle had been killed my some sort of animal

Edward looked at Bella "Oh, im fine, its just-" when Bella mentioned about the tv he looked at it. "Thats was no animal they know of." he whispered, meaning it was a vampire who did it- obviously.
Edward then looked at his family and at eclipse's hurt looking face, he didnt mean anything by what he said earlier it was just the truth. "But maybe we sshold split up in this situation, who wants to go?" he asked, not wantig himself or Bella to go for a reason.

"we'll go" Alice said pulling jasper with her "we would like your guy's help"
Bella nodded and turned towards Edward "let's go,Alice knows what's going to happen, Jasper can change their mood, you can tell what their thinking, and if anything happens I can help protect you"
Eclipse Held Tawny Closer to her
"what are they talking about?" Tawny asked confused
"we'll tell you in a bit" she said her eyes soft but with a look of worry on her face

Edward sighed slightly and wrapped his arms around Bella. "Its not me im worried about. Besides, Jasper is the one who has the most experiances with newborns, he could prbably handle it himself, if that is the case anyways." he said, not really wanting to go and not making a move towards the door.

Bella smirked and jumped in the car with Edward, Alice and Jasper where in the front
they soon Arrived to the spot where the hikers where killed, they had been moved but you could still smell and see some blood

When they arrived Edward got out of the car with Bella, keeping a lookout to make sure Bella didnt get hurt. "What do you see Alice?" he asked Alice, looking at her curiously.

Alice bit her lip a blank look on her face
coming back she said "well it's Peter.... none of us will get seriously hurt if Edward doesn't try to protect Bella and leave himself vulnerable
Jasper Sniffed the air "he's that way" he jerked his head to the south "not far..."
"let's g" Bella said sniffing the air herself and starting towards where the boy was
Peter was sitting on the ground his arms around his knee's rocking back and forth sobbing dry vampire sobs, he had killed 5 humans, he didn't know what was wrong with him

At Alice's comment about trying not to protect bella and him getting hurt he was suddenly worried. He took a quick glance at bella, a bit depressed by what was going to happen. He needed protect his bella. As they approached the boy, Edward was cautious, waiting for Jasper to go first. He could hear that Peter was completely confused, apparently whoever made him didnt stay with him either.

Peter looked up when he heard people walking towards him
he jumped back against a tree frightened that he'd hurt them
"don't.... don't come near me.." he stuttered"
"your name's Peter right? we're not going to hurt you, we're here because your sister told us that you had disappeared. don't worry your not going to hurt us" Alice said slowly walking over to the child
Bella followed her slowly
Jasper stayed at a distance tampering with Peter's emotions, sending out a wave of calm

Edward walked parallel to Bella, keeping track tht Peter wasnt going to do anything to her. He didnt care if he got hurt, Bellla was his main priority.
