Well..
I meant to post that I'm not gonna get to go to Pittsburgh... hubby's dad called and told us they just have too much going on to have company, and with Christmas next week, it's understandable. We found this out Wednesday night and I wandered over here to find the site down for quite some time.
I actually made arrangements with my sister to watch the BabyBipper and we were on our way to see King Kong... but I guess it wasn't to be. The engine in my van seized up. Looks like it will be awhile before we get it going again, I don't think an engine is something we will be able to afford for a while. We do have another vehicle, but I feel like I am driving a semi when I drive it... I like the way I can see everything while driving the van (it's a 95 Windstar) I feel like it's all windows. The truck has a great big blind spot where the front window meets the windshield.
I'm really gonna miss the van. It was my dad's, so I guess that is mostly what makes it special. I think hubby is trying to talk me into a Mustang, but I don't think it is my kind of car. And we sure can't afford a NEW anything.
Okay I guess I am done whining for now..

Oh Bippy, that's such terrible news! *hugs* I'm sure you guys will be able to get to Pittsburg sometime once the holidays are over--it's such a nutty time of year for travelling. And as for the car, I don't blame you for not wanting a mustang--too sporty. If you need anything, let us know.

massive huggles to the bipper....sounds like the luck we had when my jeep broke down...and only thing i could drive was my dads s-10...hard to fit 5 people in there confused ...but if you need anything we are always here to help as much as we can heart

We're heading out of town for the Portillos Family christmas party and gift exchange now! Will be spending the night there and return sometime Sunday! I have my shop stocked for donations towards fun and games right now! biggrin Wishing everyone a merry weekend!
