Inuyasha wrinkled his nose slightly at the creature. “Is it sentient?” He asked, since this thing came from another world, it just might be. Stupid, adorable, speaking animals… He already was forming grudges against the yellow thing.
Realizing that a little girl might not know the word, Ryou clarified. “Does it speak and understand speech, or is it more like an animal?” He asked wearily. Bakura was talking to him in the back of his mind, but Ryou was doing his best to ignore the spirit.

Rin blinked at the word slightly confused. Once ryou exsplained rin smiled "Oh it talks! It says it's name!"
The pichu who had been sleeping woke up. Rubbing it's face it looked you "Pi?"
Rei shook her head no "It's more of a smart animal. Like a dog,it takes commands and stuff like that.Only a few of then acutly talk......Do you still have the game?" Rei asked her eyes lighting up. This was going to be fun.
"Your such a nerd..." Sylvia said with a sigh.

"Bah." Inuyasha grumbled a little. "Oh well. Nerds are better than girly girls." He stretched his arms above his head, and peered around. "Speaking of girly girls... I guess Mikuru vanished back to the kitchen?"
"Probably." Ryou said, rubbing his eyes. He got up to his feet. "I'll go see how she's doing, then I'll change my shirt. Excuse me..." He squeezed Rei's shoulder briefly as he passed into the kitchen.

Rei nodded "Yea" She smiled softly at ryou as he left.
Rin smiled but ran off to play with her pichu.
Sylvia sighed "Well im going up to my room..." She told rei before heading back twards the stairs.

"Watch out for any idiots." Inuyasha called after Sylvia as she left. He mainly meant Riku or Sora, but he didn't know enough about the new guy to be sure... Inuyasha briefly considered keeping his own watch over Riku, even with Sora around, but that would probably only anger the two. They seemed very close and very protective of one another. Creepy, he decided. Inuyasha glanced between Ryou's retreating form and Rei before asking bluntly, "So, did you and Ryou make up? Are you 'together' now?"

Ryou knocked on the kitchen door before entering. Mikuru jumped in alarm-- she was a very nervous type. She looked even more nervous when she saw that it was him. Ryou tried to offer her a smile, but was honestly too exhausted to manage it. Using the Millennium Ring to such an extent wore out his physical body. "Sorry. I didn't mean to scare you."
"I-it's okay." Mikuru said, quickly turning back to her food. "I was planning to make supper so everyone could eat together. But everyone's so angry and mean-- I don't think it'll work out." She said in a soft voice. The meal was almost done, and she wondered what she would do with it. Leave it sit out and whoever wanted some food could get it, she guessed. Then she would wrap it up and put it in the fridge.
"It's mainly just bad feelings towards Riku. Sora's probably irritated with us as well." Ryou said, moving to stand beside Mikuru. She tensed and shifted away. "Hey, is everything okay?" He could tell by her body language that no, everything was not okay, but he would have prefered it if she told him directly.
"I suppose. I mean... Are you sure those are the only angry people?" She gave Ryou an extremely innocent look. "Earlier... when you were bring brought upstairs... I tried to see what was going on, and you had glared at me and looked so mean." Tears actually filled her eyes. "I thought I had done something wrong! But here you are now, acting so nice, I don't know what's going on! Are you mad at me but just pretending not to be?"
Ryou's eyes widened in surprise, and he heard Bakura chuckling in the back of his mind. He frowned mentally and tried to shut his yami out, which didn't work too well. "Oh, no! Not at all!" He exclaimed quickly. "I hadn't even realized I hadn't told you about..." He sighed. This was going to be a long story, and he didn't know if he had the strength to tell her. Still, he probably had to. He owed her. "Here. I'll help you set the table and finish up dinner. While we're working, I'll explain everything to you." Mikuru looked a bit fearful, but nodded in agreement. Ryou pulled plated down and began to talk. "See this pendant I always wear? My father got it for me..."

Rei who had just closed her eyes opened them agian a small blush spreading over her facev "Has anybody ever told you your way to blunt?" She said as she got up "It's not really any of your busness."

"Hn. Lots of people have said that." Inuyasha said, in a disinterested voice. "But it is my business, a little bit. Ryou was moping around, I asked him what was wrong, and he told me just about everything. I noticed that both he and you look a lot happier." The demon smirked slightly. "I shouldn't have even asked, now that I think about it. You two are really way too obvious."

Rei rolled her eyes. "Your one to talk about ovious..." Rei said. She yawned heading twards the kicthen.

Mikuru was watching Ryou intently, in a sort of awe, as the two worked on spooning food into better containers to serve on the table. Ryou broke off in the middle of a sentence when Rei entered. Mikuru started slightly when he did this, and looked over her shoulder at Rei. She smiled and waved a little. "Ryou decided that now was a good time to tell me about his..." She trailed off, forgetting the words he had used.
"I'm explaining Bakura to her." Ryou clarified cheerfully. "Supper's about done, if you want to eat."

"Ah ok." Rei said walking over to them "Awesome. Im hungery" Rei said with a smile.

"It'll be out in just a little bit." Ryou said cheerfully. Mikuru had found several curry packets and made curry rice. "I'll go upstairs and change my shirt, and if I come across anyone I'll tell them supper's done."
Mikuru nodded and waved a little as Ryou left. As soon as he was gone, the smile faded from her face and she turned to look at Rei with a look of terror. “He’s possessed by an evil spirit!” She exclaimed—it was news to her. “That’s so terrifying? Aren’t you scared that he’ll just transform and hurt you? I don’t know if I want to be around him any more.”

"Not really. As long as you dont give the spirit a reason to hurt you I dont think he would.He's snarl and try to scare you sure but you leave him alone he'll leave you alone..." rei said.

Mikuru nodded, but still looked scared. "He says the spirit can listen to everything that's going on. That's just creepy." Mikuru shuddered slightly as she began to spoon out individual servings onto plates. She wondered how Ryou could stand it, having someone constantly there, always listening in. "Poor guy. Here, can you help me bring these out to the table?"
Upstairs, Ryou peered around, on the lookout for any of the others. Riku and Sora were nowhere to be seen, and he couldn't help but wonder how long the two would want to hide from everyone else. He got to his room and tugged his shirt off, frowning at the blood. He'd have to get it washed soon before the blood set in. He found another shirt and pulled it on, then decided to sit down on his bed for just a little bit. Maybe he'd rest his eyes as well... Soon enough, Ryou had fallen asleep from sheer exhaustion.
