" Is Coruscant to be our key victory in this war? " Angel asked, knowing another battle was soon to start. " What's odd is I'm not bothered by the fact I'm now an enemy of my home planet. Then again, my place isn't on Coruscant. It's with you, no matter where we are. " She pulled out her sabers and stared at the inscribed Sith markings. " Salvation... Punishment... Surely there must be a reason why they are marked so... " she thought.

"Coruscant is the heart of the Republic. Once we take it, the Republic falls. And with their fleets at Dac, we strike." Imperius said.

" Then with this battle, the tide will turn and come crashing down upon the Republic, and the Sith will emerge as the new ruling order of the galaxy, with us as its leaders. " Angel said, though her heart was not in it. She loved the Dark Lord, no doubt, but she had no desire for galactic domination. She only went along with it so she could remain with her love.

Mordranna embraced Sami warmly, feeling a joy that she'd not felt in some time. However, this joy was to be short lived. "I wish I didn't have to go back," "I know you don't, dear," Sami gently said, holding her hand in his. The two stood outside the hangar in which Mordranna's Jedi fighter was parked, with her now dressed in the standard Republic pilot's uniform, replete with her modded stormtrooper belt, blaster on one hip, and lightsaber on the other. She held Sami's hand, and with her free hand, she gently cradled the plush panda he gave her the previous day. "That's so pretty!" Sami chirped, pointing out the painting of a small faerie that Mordranna had painted on the fighter. In spite of herself, Mordranna couldn't help but give a small giggle. "I rather like it myself," With that, she settled into the cockpit, with the panda in her lap. "I'll treasure this always," "Thank you," Sami sheepishly said, a light blush coming to his cheeks. "I shall wait for you," "Thank you," Mordranna replied. "And hopefully, one day, we shall never have to part again." Sami stepped away from the fighter as Mordranna prepped it for take off. As she did so, she blew Sami a kiss before she put on her helmet and lowered the canopy. Sami then reciprocated the gesture. "I love you," Sami called out. "I love you, as well," Mordranna cried out. And thus, Sami left the hangar to watch the fighter take off as the engines flared to life. And so, he watched patiently as the fighter took flight, climbing Corellia's atmosphere. "Fight hard, and bring peace, my knight maiden," he silently said more to himself as the fighter receded to a pinprick. As the fighter climbed into space, Mordranna glanced a look back. "I will return, my princess. And then, we shall indeed make beautiful music." She then sighed as she punched in her hyperspace coordinates. "Next stop, Coruscant."

Imperius took the time in hypperpace to make sure everything was in tip-shape for the project. The hyperspace jump brought them right outside of the Coruscant system, where he took a small transport to the Red Tempest. The fleet dropped back under their cloaking and then, the Black Void made a microjump to the orbit of Coruscant, and into an orbit such that it created an eclipse over the planet. The Void would remained silent, with its systems at a minimum.
As of now, Coruscant was eclipsed by a death station, and an entire FSL fleet was waiting outside the system.
The time to strike, was near.
"Let them investigate Black Void," Imperius said.

Neb's cloak flapped due to such a quick pace he had. Marching up to the bridge, he had enough of incompetence today. He did his job, while another had not. It was time to pay the piper.
The door slammed open, as people on the bridge watched the general on the catwalk above them. They quickly averted their glance as he grew closer, but watched. This was not going to be an ordinary meeting between the Admiral and the General. Everything hushed, including the typing of keys on the keyboard, as the two grew closer and closer.
"Greetings General Wulf! I hope you..." was all the Admiral on deck could say, before he found himself flung against the wall, as Neb pounced upon his prey.
"WHERE WERE YOU?" Neb demanded.
"I... I... We.... we miscalculated! I mean," The admiral sputtered, before getting slapped with a stong backhand.
"Don't even attempt lying to me. I already know why you didn't make the jump. And Coruscant? 0...0...0? You expect someone to believe that you messed up THAT BAD? You have a lot of nerve to pull that fast one on me!" Neb stated, grabbing the collar.
"Guards!"
"Don't even THINK about that! You don't want to test me. Do you know what you have done?"
The Admiral was truely quivering now. "We.... we... pissed you off?" He spattered.
"You've done more that just that," Neb started, "You left men to die! Your fleet's 'miscalculation' has cost us lifes! Lifes which we haven't even forseen dead! The MC-100 is set back another six months! And only because I was the one defending it! The V-wings did well, but they were sabotagued! Its suprizing they took so many down without half their engines working and their flaps jamming! Men died! You know how many waves there were? 17! Seven, Bloody, Teen! I had to play hero! Your priorities in investigating the fleet for what you considered a 'maitenence problem' cost me dearly! You hear?"
"Your reputation is not our concern General Wulf. And for a Jedi, you sure seem to be quite undignified and angry. You sure it won't lead to the dark side?" The Admiral stated, quite boldly.
"So you've now grown a backbone? You? Do you know what the attacking force was, Admiral? You. Had. Two. Imperial Star Destroyers. TWO! Even the relief force that did arrive, which I have been so graciously informed was only sent after they proved to have no troubles in their systems much later, was able to take care of them! You know how long that fight lasted before your reinforcements came? I have been, for the last thirty-four hours on Dac, having to prepare for an attack, which came. You know that out of those thirty-four hours, twenty-six of them were fighting? You know how long it took me to get here? THREE HOURS! AT 2.00 HYPERSPEED!" Neb dropped the Admiral, lighting his saber. "You should be punished for your deed. But now is not the time. No... You have still use left in you."
Neb returned his saber to his belt, deactivating it. He had calmed down from his holy fury, almost instantaneously.
"Admiral, I may be a Jedi, but I have no reason to strike you down. You only jeopardized this entire campaign by your actions. You will punish yourself quite nicely. You will more than likely be removed from command, and your second shall assume his rightful place, seeing as how he was thrown in the brig for protesting your actions. You will release him, and you will take your punishment. I will not give it out. I am justified by your incompetence. You took the lives of people who cannot return. Your own guilt will suffice for me. Despite my core beliefs, I believe that even though the NJO does not prohibit emotion, we must all vent it sooner or later. I am not angry at you, Admiral. I am, however, severely disappointed. There is a difference. If I was angry, I would not be here now. My anger is no longer a part of me. Be warned, next time you attempt such a maneuver in my presence, you will not be so lucky."
Neb had retained compostition, when he realized an eclipse had blackened part of Coruscant. It grew larger, but Neb looked at the situation. Another officer, on radar, opened up.
"Sir! We have enemy ships! But... They aren't attacking."
Neb watched. "No, they wish to intimidate us. They want to invite us. Stand your ground. They are quite a ways off. If we move the fleet to intercept, it will take easily 15 minutes to reach them. Then we cannot guard Coruscant effectively. We will be too far out. Let them come to us. We shall see who wins this battle of patience. Admiral, listen to your second in command when he gets here. I have other things to do."
With that, Neb returned to the Kapella.

"Activate the sensor cloaks, Admiral" Imperius ordered. The ships were concealed as it was, and now they dissapeared underneath radar as well.
"Reduce the power on Black Void by 5%," Imperius ordered.
It was time for the Republic to move. Then, checkmate.

Neb had reached the Kapella, and flown out of the hangar bay.
"Whatever it is, its posing no threat to Coruscant. Only annoyingly bad midafternoon tea for the few people its attempting to eclipse. I mean, look at it. So small? Its probably the Federation's idea of a joke." Neb commed. "Anything else on sensors?"
"Not one bit." Scopes returned.
"No need to maneuver then. Resume patrol. The relief fleet from Dac should be able to destroy it. Energy readings on it are minimal, but something that small can't withstand too many hits no matter if the Calimarians themselves built it. Something's not right though. I can feel Imperius himself somewhere nearby. Not to mention the glimmer from his apprentice. I just know they are here..."

Coming out of hyperspace, Mordranna beheld the galaxy's shining jewel of Coruscant, the planetwide city's lights glittering away. The jewel of the Republic. Nice place to visit .. but would I want to live there? Still, she couldn't help a vague feeling of something wrong on some level. And, thus was her answer. The Republic fleet seemed to be in orbit. Nothing particularly wrong, in and of itself. But, the true point of interest seemed to be a black sphere in orbit. "Well ... since when did Coruscant have a little black moon?" She then commed a nearby Corellian frigate. "General Brunhildt here. Request permission to board," "Welcome back, General!" came a cheery voice, which then gave her docking clearance. Mordranna debated whether she had enough time to use the 'fresher, let alone take a nap. But then, something felt rotten in Coruscant space, and she wanted to know.

"People are getting nervous, Wulf. Its not like us to remain motionless while somebody places one black sphere in the sky." The Admiral barked, still sour at his treatment and embarassment onboard this ship.
"It is not bothering anyone. But just to satisfy your curiosity, which ship present has the second best scanners and sensors?" Neb replied.
"The Grahrie does. Well, second best. Why not first?"
"Simply because I have a better use for it near the planet. Tell inhabitants to go to lockdown mode. I'm sure the police will have already started that though." Neb responded, recieving the channel to the frigate.
The pair moved on their way to the sphere, if only to investigate.
"Life signs on board, that's for sure. Its no remote. Of course, something that large is incapable of remote control anyway." Neb stated, picking up readings on the simplest level.
