Severus, definitely. Bellatrix is crazy, Lucius is evil (although hot), and Narcissa really annoys me for some reason...plus Snape is actually good on the inside. So yeah, Snape.

Actually the house animal for Ravenclaw is an eagle, not a raven. So I would choose the eagle because I have always loved birds like hawks and eagles.
