Sunny looked up at Kibo half-stunned and half-thrilled. "A-are you sure this is the b-best time?" she asked, seriously thrown for a loop. "And... err... That you want.... me?" she asked hesitantly.

[3 to 1 against the Pearl? Finally. Fair odds.

Coast of Tortuga
The Pearl's guns swung to bare on the La Resolucion, spraying fire across her decks. The starboard guns mirrored this on the Crimson Angel. The crew watched the Dutchman nervously, but it seemed to have gone.
The captain's shoulders rolled as he watched the Santo Columbo explode. A shame. It was a nice ship. Slowly, the Vampyre walked to the side where the battle with the Crimson Angel still raged. He looked down at the sea as if lost in thought.

Kibo: This might be the only time. I don't know how string this Marcel demon is. I might not make it out of this fight. I highly doubt it, but it's possible. I wanted to let you know that I loved you to this extent, in case the worst was to come. And why wouldn't I want you? You're the smartest, kindest, most beautiful woman I've ever met. Every day, I learn something more about you that I fall in love with, and I want to have that for all eternity.

Aubry had just gotten on the ship that Sunny and Kibo were on to witness what Kibo just did... she couldn't believe her eyes... she didn't know Kibo was that serious...
"wow... i am going to be so busy on your wedding dress Sunny... it isn't even funny..." Aubry finding nothing else that she needed to say, since all the attention was on her now.

Zia and Maida giggled from their little corner. Incongriously, it seemd directed to Aubry.
"A wedding, a wedding!" "You think mother will let us come?" "Oh, she has to!" "We haven't been to a wedding in oodels and noodles of ages!" "Eleven years and six weeks, to be exact."
Maida nodded.
"Almost as long," "As the world is old."

((Haha.... Okay now my husband is glaring at the screen and saying that you're making him look bad. Too fun. Now I get to rag on him that he should RP if he wants to get in good, lol.))
"Kibo..." Sunny gasped, tears forming in her milky eyes. "I... That is..." she was trying to get the right word out but her brain was numb. "With the approval of my family I'd gladly be your wife..." she finally whispered, too overcome to say more or speak louder. Tears fell from her eyes and even though the situation around them was more than awkward she was smiling.

Leon leans against the wall, clapping slowly.
Leon: "Why didn't ya tell me ya had a lover? It's a shame. What a lucky guy."
Lord Marcel: "It's a pity, that such great news should come at a time of such poor news."
Marcel's eyes seemed to flash putting a strain on both Kibo and Sunny.
Lord Marcel: "With Michael dead, you two are no longer of use to me."
His red eyes flashed again as an invisible force pulled the translucent Kibo back into his body, sendind Farind back into his sword. All this time, Marcel did not move. Leon moved to the back of the room, grabbing each crow girl by the back of the neck.
Leon: "How ever..."
Lord Marcel: "I am not completly without mecry, should she say yes, one of my captains can marry you before you die."
The Resolucion caught on fire quickly, flames spreading to the amo hold. The ship burst into flames, the explosion scarring the side of the Pearl closest to the explosion. The Crimson Angel, seemed to hold out longer. Victor moved away from the helm, looking on as the Santo Columbia exploded.
Victor: "D****T!"
As the hull of the Crimson Angel began to explode as well he jumped into the cold waters.
(Sunny, to add even more drama, Jirayia is now dead.)

He immediately spins, unsheathing Farind, and pinning Marcel to the wall by the stomach.
Kibo: Farind, Trap!
Farind begins to twist around behind the wall, making it quite impossible to remove from the wall without taking the entire wall with it. Kibo smiles, walking back to Sunny, and taking the box from her hands. He opens it, revealing the ring. It was a golden angel, the wings forming the ring itself. The angel held a sun, the center of which was a shimmering diamond.
Kibo: That diamond contains a piece of my soul.
He pulls down the collar of his shirt, revealing a small indentation in his chest, right above his heart.
Kibo: As long as I still walk this earth, that diamond will continue to glow.

Sunny let out a gasp of unadulterated delight as she looked at the extrodinary ring. "It's perfect..." she marvelled, getting to her feet and clasping her hands in front of her. She was blushing so brightly it was as if she'd catch fire.

Marcel's eyes spin, he switches places with kibo. As he is pinned to the wall by his own sword, Marcel stands over Sunny.
Leon: "shame, he was trying to help you too."
Lord Marcel: "That's enough, continue."
His eyes flash again, and Kibo stands back before Sunny, Farind stabbed into the wall, and Marcel beside it.

Kibo: Ooo, he can perform a faux soulstep. Unfortunately, it's nothing compared to the real thing.
Kibo snaps his fingers, and immediately, the Crow Girls were standing where Kibo and Sunny had just been, two crewmen were in Leon's grip, and Kibo and Sunny were standing on the deck.
Kibo: Sunny, you have to get out of here. Things are about to get incredibly dangerous.
