Crow hopped back down from his perch and walked out away from the cave a bit. Then he walked across the open area in front of the field casually, watching the helicopters in the sky approach. Behind him there seemed to be a line of light on the ground where he was walking that quickly faded away. He continued all the way to the other end of the open area, then stopped to look at the others. It seemed that Kioko and the newcomer were either hesitant or not leaving, he wandered over to them and looked at them questioningly.

patrick had heard what the others had said. he carefully walked out beside them and decided to try something. "chances are, ive got powers too, and i have an idea of what it might be." he put all his focus on the one chopper that sounded different than the others. then he emitted a soundwave that was so intense and high frequency that max was the only one who could possibly hear it, but he was asleep. when it reached the smartchopper, its power source was jammed and it overloaded, causing it to crash. then he staggered forward and fell to one knee, exhausted. "heh, the poor blind kid isnt completely useless i guess huh? the other ones must be manually operated. ill explain how i did that later, but ill leave the rest of them for you three."

Jackie then smirked as she saw the way Patrick destroyed the first and the most important chopper. "Leave the rest to me." She said as she cracked her knuckles quickly, before running straight towards a normal chopper, picking up speed with every step. She then jumped up high in the air, dodging quickly the bullets it was firing at her. She then twisted quickly before spitting in the air, herself and Josie. Josie then rebounded off of Jackie before jumping towards the helicopter, her fist clenched. She then grinned widely as she slammed her fist into the side of the helicopter, the impact destroying it from inside out. Josie then morphed back into Jackie before landing softly on top of the wall Kioko had made out of Earth, quickly dodging out of the way of the falling rubble.

Crow shrugged and shook his head, the helicopters were really nothing compared to the experiments he'd been forced to fight in the labs, but it seemed it was just Kioko's nature to be concerned. In truth his Ki signature could never reveal the nature of his power, he had no reason to go all out. When the helicopters came into range Crow snapped his fingers, the path of light that he'd left as he'd walked across the open area earlier lit up and suddenly unleashed a wall of energy, easily cleaving through the two choppers overhead. With no delay he waved his hand flippantly as he walked nonchalantly through the mechanical wreckage and into the woods to finish off the copter that had the regenerating core, while they were easy to destroy keeping the enchanted ones down required a bit more precision. As he entered the woods he found the wreckage of the helicopter, and when the pieces started moving he followed them to the place where they were being absorbed, the core. The AI in the helicopters was just that, artificial. One of it's many flaws was that it could lead an opponent straight to its weak spot as it regerated. In his left palm a faint white light began to shine, he placed his hand on the core and the shining light was left on the core, this was one of the many techniques he had developed on is own. He stepped back and waited patiently, allowing the aircraft to reassemble itself.

Kioko just stood there, apparently, they didnt need any help, their powers were just fine. So instead, she walked over to Strobe asking him id he needed any help whatsoever.
"lets, go, the sooner we find a place, the better."

"I'll do it..." She said, referring to Storbe's request as she watched him, carrying Max, deeper and deeper into the cave. She then looked over to Kioko and Crow, to see if they would object to her volunteering. But she didn't care, she had a debt to settle. Kioko saved her life, and now...it's her time to save hers...

after exerting so much of his power, patrick was attuned to the way it felt. he stood up and turned around, then used his power for echo location and found his way into the cave. "maybe i dont need my staff after all." he whispered, unaware of how quiet he had said it.

As Crow waited he heard the sound of more helicopters overhead, his eyes narrowed in angered frustration at the persistence of the labs in retrieving them. He turned his attention back to the helicopter that was regenerating, it had completed, he watched its movement carefully. It rose up into the air fully assembled, then Crow's eyes showed a glint of light as they peered at the aircraft's frame. Though he could not see it normally, the light he'd placed on the core showed him exactly where it was placed in it's structure, this is what he'd been waiting for. Now he knew exactly where the weak point in each copter lied, taking them down would be a quick and permanent process. With little effort he extended his palm out towards the core and launched a powerful, though unstable stream of energy straight at it, and without stopping for a moment the energy passed straight through the frame, disintegrating the core entirely. The helicopter in a vain attempt tried to strafe away from the attack, but only succeeded in rolling with the hit, landing with an explosion on its blades. Crow turned promptly back to the camp site and headed towards it, there was no question that they'd been delayed enough, in moments this place might be swarming with enemies.
