Saber looked down at her, blinking when she pulled his shirt off. He wanted to be with her as well, to hold her and love on her...but it was just a little hard for him to do so at the moment. Her little story was still linguring in his mind...but because he didn't want to lose her, he decided to put it aside for now. Things would clear up once he found that guy. "Alright...I sleep with you..er, in the bed...actual sleep." He rubbed his head then stood to take off his pants so he'd be ble to sleep.

She knew things still weren't right, but this was as close as she could get, and she was hppy for it. She released him and slipped back into bed, making room for him as she stretched out, laying her head on her arms.

After he had gotten out of his pants, Saber pushed the door nearly closed, leaving it only slightly cracked. Still counted in his books. He then when back to the bed and slipped under the sheets beside her and got comfy. He looked at her, unsure of what was on her mind. "I still love you, Opheliah."

She chewed her lip, watching him, eyes wide. Tenatively, a he spoke, she slipped an arm around his waist and nuzzled close, closing her eyes to hide that she was on the verge of tears again.
"I love you, too, Saber. I'm . . . . I'm so sorry I'm so . . . . so screwed up. It won't happen again. Ever. I promise."

Saber turned some to face her, his arm slipping around her and pulling her close. "Sshhh... It's alright, kitten. I..I trust you not to do it again." He kissed her forehead and just held her, welcoming her familiar warmth.

She breathed deeply, sighing and relaxing as she leaned into him, practically meltin in the familliar arms. She couldn't help letting two more tears slip out, but that was the end of it as she murmured, nuzzling into his chest,
"I love you more than I was ever brave enough to love anyone. You make me that brave."

Saber held her too him, letting her body and warmth calm his mind and relax. Her statement made him wonder just how he had made he so brave. What was so special about him? "And why do you love me, Opheliah? What makes me better than...than some other guy." He was going to say 'him' but didn't want to bring up that subject again.

She smiled softly, murmuring, lightly,
"Because you don't just let me have my way, but ou don't overrule me, eithe. You don't trea me like a princess, or like a toy. You treat me like a human being."
She smiled shaking her head and laughing softly.
"I think the very first moment I knew I loed you was when we got into that screaming match out in the back yard. Remember?"

Saber chuckled lightly, remembering it quite well. "But we weren't dating then...at least not when we were yelling." He shook his head some as he thought back to it. If he hadn't been interested in her from the very start, he never would have come over and had that yelling match with her...thus he wouldn't be laying in her bed nearly naked. "Surely I'm not the only one to treat you like a human-being rather than something else."

"My brother and my sister, and my mum of course. But other wise, you know, dating wise, you would be surprised."

Saber nuzzled the top of her head lightly. "So...if some other guy comes along and treats you like I do, would you go for him?" He didn't know why he had asked but it was something on his mind, something he was curious about.

She'd started to babble a little as she drifted off, eyes hooded.

Saber smiled some, pulling her closer to him, if possible. Noting the sleepy tone in her words, he let her drift to sleep without saying anymore. His heart and mind now felt lighter, glad to know that she wouldn't leave him for another. "Sleep well, my kitten."

She sighed happily, relaxing completely in his arms as she drifted off, purring softly, hands still claspe tightly around his shoulders.
His eyes slid half closed as he let out soft sigh of pleasure, trailing his fingers down over Jak's stomach, tenderly, murmuring,
"I think it's about time we shut off that light, and get a little more . . . . comfortable, don't you?"
He tugged at the waist of the other's pants, tugging the butto open to illustrate his point.
