Teardrop glared at Ryuk as she stood up, then at the girl. "So that's what it's called. And that... thing you called.... Ryuk? That's... the thing you were saying would kill me?" She looked at him. "Ugliest thing next to a human," she mumbled. "And no. Like i said, i can fight my own battles. Now go play with your stupid little boyfriend. She walked past her, brushing her with her tail. "I'm surprised you can still walk, much less attack me like that," she commented quietly as she passed. "Now where were we?" she said, unsheathing her katana and pointing it at Altair.

She held her arm tightly. "I can fight in any conditions, if you want to see it for yourself though, let me show you..." She said.She puulled her hand off her wound and did a hand symbol in front of her lips again, she blew out and Tear was surrounded by fire, quickly closing in on her, though she was the only one who could see of feel it burning.

Teardrop put her left arm over her head, using her sword to block it from getting on her face. She tuckedher tail around her. "What the heck are you doing...?" She took a step back, but the fire began burning her back, and she ran forward through the fire, and toward Altair.

Baylor hit both of the girls as they were fighting. "Knock it off! You're just gonna hurt yourselves and some giant killing monster's gonna come along and EAT you! So cut it out!" Baylor said to both of them.

(sorry for not posting sooner, sister stole the computer from me while I was eating)
Altair got up and Ran as soon as he saw the fire incircle Tear. he ran out of sit then stoped to regain control of himself and go over what just happened. He grabed the shotgun off his back. Despite the fact she's a demon...I have to help her Altair thought. He turned around and saw Tear running stright at him sword drawn. He raised the shotgun to eye level, looked down the sights ready to fire once she was in an effective killing range.

She rolled her eyes blushing a little at Baylor as she folded her arms and looked away. "She started it..." She said simply. She blew out again and a think layer of ice appeared under Tear's feet, making her slide, then it curved around in front of her, making her go upside down and slide back to them. "Don't just run wildly at your opponant Tear, that's how you die..." She said her eyes glazed over as she loekod away.

Teardrop yowled in shock, and fell over. It's a good thing that wall of ice had suddenly appeared.. Where had it come from? It suddenly shattered, and she scrambled to her feet. She shook her head and stood up, facing Altair. "Stay out of this," she called over her shoulder. "Get lost. I can take care of myself." But even as she said that, her tail bristled in fear rather than fury, and she trembled a little. Why does this idiot have to have those things!?! she thought desperately.

She shrugged. "Haven;t you ever heard, don't bring a sword, to a gun fight? especially when you're so slow..." She said.

Tear was well in effective killing range now.Altair's blood began to pump quickly, he was entering a state of adriniline, He had power, he pulled the trigger, one less demon to worry about...but something kept stopping him, he was having a personal confliction, one side kept telling him to pull the trigger, the other told him it wasn't her fault, she was acting out of self defense, just as he had ,he was caught at a personal crossroad." You should be thanking your...friend back there, another step and I would have blown you stright to the next world". He didn't lower his gun, he kept it raised, he wasn't going to be caught off gaurd again, not twice in the same hour.

She growled and narrowed her eyes. "She's not my friend. I don't need friends." She ran toward him. If only i could get that thing away from him... My sword should be ble to stop whatever comes out of that thing of his... Teardrop's katana was indestructable, given to her by her mother's spirit two hundred years ago... or she thinks it was her mother's spirit.... "And i'm not thanking anyone for anything!" She got close enough to him and knocked the gun from his hand with her katana. "Heh. That thing's not so tough!"

She loked at Baylor, "How can you put up with Tear's constance?" She asked tired. She yawned some. She looked at the guy,"..."

That pushed Altair over the edge, the rage grew, he grabed Tears wrist spun himself around so he was behind her, her wrist still in his hand, he then bent it so her fingers tuched her shoulder blade. He slammed her face first into a tree causing her to drop her katana, still holding on, he drew a revolver, cocked it, then placed the barrel to the back of the girls head." Don't think I won't kill you" He said enraged. nothing was stopping him, both his sides were saying to pull the trigger, he lowed the weapon and shot the girl in the heel. The .357 caluiber round exploded out of the barrel and went stright through her foot, he recocked the gun then replaced it aginst the girls head.

Teardrop yowled, equally engraged, then bit her lip and growled. Her voice shook as she mumbled, "Y-you're...." She whimpered, then said in a clearer voice, "Let go or else." She could feel the cold barrel against her head, and she moved her tail up, wrapping it around the gun and his hand. "You forgot one important thing." She dropped her katana and slowly pushed herself off the tree with her free hand, then turned the fur on her tail needle sharp so they'd dig into his soft skin. She kicked him off of her and let go with her tail, so that he fell to the ground. "I'm a demon." Her eyes were dark purple, almost black.

Altair used the momentum from tear's push to flip himself back up, he drew his other revolver with his injured hand and raised it the eye level, as he did he shot the girl again in the other foot."And you forget...i have more then one of these " he spat back at her.The adriniline in his veins made him foget the pain, one thing was on his mind, and that was to kill this girl before she killed him.

Within a blink she was behindhim, and within a mili-second, She had a dager made of pure diamond and the handel indestructable metal, the edge against his throat, his hand with the gun behind his bac, she held it there and clenched it so hard that the circulation was cut off. "Let me see that fire again, I dare you..." She whispered in a dealy tone into his earher eyes glinted and golden. as she pointed his gun towards the ground.
