Isnt it's attack, with proper nature/EV training reach about 370 or so?
I notice majority of Pokemon this Gen are quite slow. Then there was 1, who was ridiculously fast. xd

Something like that my exadrill is fast as crap and i think it can get up to like 600 something of what i read and attack to over 700 read it in a smog forum wich was like SAY WHAT a ground type being that fast and strong for real lolz but just depends on the nature, abillity and EV,IV training you give it

that is only if you have the sand rush ability and have used swords dance...
@Ryuu, yah excadrill can also outrun ariguda

Actually here it is, its name is Accelgor. can have up to 427 speed given proper nature and EV training. 3nodding
