She continued to smile in her usual, very nearly annoyingly, cheerful way. She sat on a stool near to Amara and began brushing her hair, little droplets of water falling on her own lap.
"I'm Kari..." The question was rather abrupt so she answered quietly, especially since the lady didn't want to look at her.
"And you are.....?" She wasn't sure what else to say so introductions seemed to be the right thing to do.

"My name is Amara." No doubt saying that would bring around questions. Doubts in itentity were expected when she spoke her name out loud in this home. Amara's appearence was so different to the other people were used to her having, but, her older friends would recognise her without a second glance.
The only question that remained now that Amara asked by saying her name was 'Did she know me before?' and the answer would be clear as soon as she registered.
It was moments after Amara had finished her sentance that she looked up from the ground and hesitated before her emerald eyes layed on Kari, instantly moving to her eyes. Moments after, Amara closed her eyes tightly and sighed, moving her gaze once more to the ground. Another wasted.

Her eyes lit up when she spoke the name. She had heard it, perhaps even knew it.
Yes now that she thought about it she was sure. She had seen this woman before. A long while ago, and only once but she had seen her.
"Ah, the name rings a bell." She says her soft amber eyes staring back as Amara glanced up.

"I thought it might." Amara said blankly, continuing once again to stare at the floor. "Trust me, even if you knew me back then, you do not know me now. I am something you would not like to know. I am something that does not live. I am something that cannot die."

She nodded to Matt as he left, tilting her head a bit as she observed him moving on to the kitchen. There was something different, what was going on with him though? Perhaps he would tell her later. Turning her attention behind herself for a moment, she finally greeted Kari with a wave. "Hello Kari." she said softly. It seemed that she and Amara were getting along, and she did not want to interrupt their conversation too much. If she wanted to come over, she would expect her to come now that she had greeted her properly. Still, she was waiting for Seisuke there at the bar, beginning to get worried about him.

She smiled once at Ziven before turning back to Amara. It would be rude to try talking to both and Amara seemed almost sad. She wasn't sure what the feeling was exactly, but it came off in waves.
"Well even if I don't know you now I'm sure it wouldn't be horrible to know. I have met those that don't die or live.....They have learned where they fit."
She wasn't sure if what she said made any sence to Amara but it was the plain truth.

Amara stood and looked fully at Kari. "We know where we stand in this world. We are the ones that watch and oversee. We stand in the most lonely place, watching the people who live and waste their lives. We cannot die; You can't kill what is already dead. I died once and i can now see how others will die. Where we stand, there is no happiness, only sorrow and pain." Then, she walked towards the shadow from which she entered, stopping once to utter one simple sentance. "Perhaps when it is your time, you'll understand." And then, she simply walked into the shadowed wall, merging with the dark shadow that was being cast there already, and then she was gone.

She sighed heavily shaking her head. She was like the many others she had met. The ones who thought they had to be lonely because of what they were. No, she didn't understand but she had tried.
With a shrug she moved towards Ziven, for some comfort after that rather depressing conversation, who was with....with....what was his name again?
"Hey Ziv, hows it going?"

"Seisuke-ona please, what is troubling you?" she asked again, blue eyes looking at him with the utmost concern.
Kari approached now, and looked to also be a bid down. Instinctively, she embraced her friend in greeting. "I believe things are going well though there seems to be much weighing my friends today."

She hugged her friend back, smieling brightly. "Don't worry so much! The sun always comes out after the storm."

Finally returning from the depths of the kitchen, Matt looked much more refreshed than earlier. Still munching on some toast, he smiled and waved to Ziven, Kari and the unfamiliar male. Wandering straight on over near the male, he found himself a glass of watter and greedily drank from the glass, refilling it before turning to the group and speaking, having finished his toast. "Hello again ladies, it is a pleasure to see you both again. I hope you both and your friend here are well. Oh, how rude of me! Would any of you like water also?"

Ziven smiled with Kari's words. "Indeed. I meant only that I am concerned for my friends well being. I would like for you all to be happy and be well. It saddens me to see any of you feeling bad." she said with a small smile. Again Matt returned, she smiled to him. "Hello again, Matthew. Please join us. You seem to be feeling better, yes? Have you met Seisuke-ona before?" she asked softly, trying to make sure everyone was well acquainted.

She smiled at Matt, her eyes lighting up at the sight of someone who was not so sad. It was a nice little ray of light on a gloomy day. "No thank you sir...I'm fine...." She looked at Ziven willing her to say his name since she had forgotten it.

Fox walked in with a small frown on his face he through his hand up slightly and in a half meaning full way to show that he was great full to see the people that where in there though he said nothing. Walking over tot eh bar like always he flopped down on the counter top and bent back getting his bottle of water as he sat there in his lump of boredom.
