So it looks like you can make a lvl 50 Battle, but it is Flat Rules, so it Bans Special Pokemon, Same Pokemon, and Same Items, and forces you to use only 3 Pokemon. They sure did a bad job with the rule settings, would be nice if we could set it the exact way we want to.
