I was just walking around talking to random people, this dude is like lets battle. I said ok, and regret it the moment I saw his 1st Pokemon. rofl
His team ranges from 75-77.

Breaks Sash/ Sturdy good for revenge kills and in double battles use it on one of your Pokemon with Steadfast to give it +1 speed.

pretty early in the game someone will give you a pal pad, just open it up and go to "check freind code" should be the third option... or the bottom option if you prefer xd
