I'm beginning to hate DirecTV - they thought they could sneak in monthly charges to our bill without us noticing, and my sister ripped them a new one today cause they were being jerks and didn't tell us about the fees when we signed up. And she talked to so many people, but they were singularly uncaring and refused to take responsibility for the problem, so she told them to cancel our contract because of the hidden fees. I'm thinking if they give us any trouble I'll give my attorney's number to my sister. I really hate it when a company's customer service is unapologetic and the service is anything but...
