Lily touched his cheek lightly, then nodded, slowly standing up. "Hope you figure it out soon love." she whispered, giving him a small smile. "I'm going to go to do some cooking." After blowing him a kiss, she headed to the kitchen, slightly disappointed that she hadn't gotten as much cuddle time as she wanted. Ah well... she'd bake it off.

Kadens ear's twitched and he furrowed his brow."..I didn't know there where regular kitty people.." His eyes showed his compleat and utter confusion, he didn't see the diffrence in any of them at all.
"..Abrani..eh?.." Asked river and again she sighed slightly bugged..maybe that was why."..Do you know if it is part angel or not?..." She asked Kean with curious intentions as she watched Kaden."..I don't know kean he feels diffrent, I think he will be highly strange when he gets older..I heard Neko's grow fast around here..." She blinked and looked down.".. I've been thinking about giving him some of my years of age..." She sighed."...but that would kill Ukaia's spirit, so I decied to let it slide until I need to give it to him..." She paused."..You know the years I didn't get when I was born eighteen.."

Arlen watches Lily walk into the kitchen, wishing they could cuddle some more, but knowing that for now the book was more important. With a sigh he opens the book and starts to flip through the pages.

"Of course there are regular kitty-people. They're the ones that aren't covered in fur like me," she said, playing with the tip of her tail.
"Kai wanted to name the baby Abrani if it was a boy," she said with a smile. "I'm pretty sure he is; Kai's half angel, half neko, so there's interesting to imagine how he'll look." Kaen sighed and reached for a peach. "Maybe you should ask the boy if he wants to grow up quickly, but that's just my suggestion."

"..Yeah..but he IS ukaia's now..I should consult her but the thing it there is a horrible side affect to adding age to someone.." River blinked at watched her move for a moment and smiled.
"..I get a bad feeling form you because it is part angel, some have tried countless times to kill me.." she nodded silently and blinked."..Sorry if that is a bit of a suprise to you but I've been beaten pretty badly by those things though I always seem to tryumph in the end.." River glanced at lily then arlen before returning her gaze onto the bar."..I'm sorry...
Kaden scowled and reached out scratching her head softly."..But you are pretty just like that,, so you are regular." He said not caring how affectionet his action seemed to be it didn't bother him one bit.

It didn't too long before the smell of baking cookies wafted out into the main room. Lily was humming as she cooked; as always, she'd managed to get flour all over her face and a few spots on her ears.

"This is true," Kaen said with a nod, then smiled. "It feels strange to have light energy coming from inside me...most demons run when they sense light energy, but I guess I sort of got used to it because of being around Kai...that and I haven't done anything too drastic to catch the attention of the angels....well, before now...."
Rose purred at being scratched, her tail slowing to a stop. "Yay scratches...." she purred, turning her head so he could scratch her ears.

He smiled and rubbed a bit more, not wanting to scratch her to hard."..You know my Toto-san right?!" He asked slightly extatic as he continued this kept his mind occupyed but not his tail. It swayed back and forth tauntingly, and quickly for that matter, this meaning he was quite pleased with himself at this point.
River Nodded to her with a smile."..Well you got the good attention Kean-kun" River laughed a bit and looked back over at kaden for a moment hearing her newly founded nick-name."..Yeah I am a pretty bad person but they always attack me first! sometimes for fun because when I first met kai I learned not to attack on sighting." She growled softly and shook her head."..I've got alot of enemys which is why that one guy makes me nervous, I don't know if he is going to attack or leave!" She sighed frustrated then smiled at herself."....gosh I am just as bad as some humans when it comes to complaining arn't I..."

Arlen continues to flip through his book, growing more frustrated with each page he turns. Finally he snaps the book shut and tosses it to the seat next to him, ignoring it as he tries to calm down.

"Toto-san? Doesn't that mean younger brother?" she asked, her eyes closed with happiness. She resisted the urge to transform into a tiger to have better scratches.
"Not really, most humans tend to say 'woe is me' when they are complaining about something," she said with a small smirk. "I learned the hard way not to attack on sight...I was playing with Nii-san when we were kits and he tossed me into a stream because I tried tackling him directly."

The first batch cooled enough to eat and the second batch in the oven, Lily came out into the main room with a plate full of chocolate chip cookies. She smiled at seeing Rose and Kaden - they were adorable! - then went right to Arlen, holding the plate out in offering. "Want some?" she asked tentatively, noting that he wasn't reading anymore.

"..that's otoo-san." He corrected her knowing a little too much for a seven year old."Toto means fish!" He exclaimed glancing at river playfuly before rubbing more."..do you like...never get scratched?.." he asked curious now.
"..Oh, that's gotta bite, I mean..a stream of all things." River sighed and shruged softly."..I was a real killer when I was young, lets just say people hold things..too easily if you ask me.". she said shruging softly to her glaring softly at the kid.

"Glad you think so." Lily smiled, then set the plate in easy reach before walking behind the couch. She'd decided he was entirely too tense... lightly, she started to rub his shoulders, trying to help him relax.

"I do, but Onee-san's been distracted a lot recently," she said, tilting her head to look up at him.
"Yeah, at least he made sure to miss the rocks," Kaen laughed. "I was a thief...never had to kill people unless they were unwilling to let us pass....but usually we just knocked them out before they knew we were there."
