Billy gets bored, and rather sad that corri doesn't love him the way he wants him to and goes to his room, where Dom is on his computer.

Dom is chatting (in japanese) over webcam to some japanese girl who looks rather gothy. This includes flirting and giggling and such.

Billy comes up behind Dom and hugs his shoulders. "Who are you talking to?" he asks, looking at the screen. He doesn't realize he;'s on cam yet.

Of course, this action manages to prompt Keiko to squeal and giggle and say something. "This is Keiko. And she's squealing like that because we're on webcam and she likes shonen ai and yaoi."
He pays attention to the screen again when the girl asks who the guy hugging dom is, and dom explains it's his boyfriend Billy. all in japanese, of course.

"Like I said earlier, she likes yaoi. I don't think she's ever seen it in non-animated form though. Oh, and she's claiming I owe her for the whole stunt that got me kicked out of japan." Dom shrugs. keiko complains that he's not trying very hard to convince billy and he oh-so-maturely sticks out his tongue at her.

Billy takes advantage of this and kisses Dom, deeply. when he pulls away, he grins into the camera. "Ask her what I get for this."
