Wallace did not get mooned like he had asked, which was a bummer because he wanted to know what Hartley's butt looked like. WHAAAAT? He was curious, don't judge him. He'd only seen Hartley topless once, and he was a growing boy. He needed sustenance. He hadn't even kissed him yet, which he was kind of thinking should happen soon. He just worried because he liked Hartley so much...and ...well, a kiss could kill him.
He had finally made it back to his room, leaving his shorts behind and streaking through the hallway to his dormroom. He was relieved to find Teddy zonked out listening to music and Billy nowhere. Showering quickly, he put on some clothes and went back to studying in his room.

Then back at Powell
"But Mostly about not bothering anyone. You little depressed face is seriously blocking my concentration of E-stalking Achilles, and I think Teddy is trying to do something equally important as well."

You're still stalking him? Good gravy, Karen, he likes guys. He boinked a young Namor. It was...disturbing...to say the least. And if I am bothering people then maybe said people should stop staring at me or whatever. I'm just studying for History of Heroics.

It was test time. Hartley walked into the History of Heroics classroom, nervous as Hell and, he had to admit it, exhausted from last night's little crime spree.
Professor Prince glared at the class as they filed in. She looked angry, or disdainful or...something. Hartley wasn't sure.
He took his seat in the back, several rows away from where Wallace normally sat. This had to work. It HAD to.
A slight smile crossed Prince's face, and she turned to point to a cart LOADED with what appeared to be softcover novels.
"Class, here is your final. Any grade less than an A will be considered failing. You have two hours. Get to work."
Hartley lined up to grab the final. He heard a shriek in the front of the line, cursing under people's breath, and at least one person frantically saying their Hail Marys. When it came his turn, he picked up the final.
"OH. MY. GOD."
It was six hundred pages long!!!!!!!!

Wallace entered the room, looked at the stack of papers, then at Professor Prince. He couldn't even lift that.
At least, he was pretty sure he couldn't. He looked to the stack once more, then at Hartley, one eyebrow arched. Two hours? That would be impossible. Less than a A failing? She was setting them all up to fail.
"We're not going to take your test Professor Prince. It's impossible."

Teddy stumbled in behind Wallace, crashing into him from behind as he spoke. They weren't going to take it? He couldn't fail! His mom would be so disappointed in him if he fai-- wait? Why was the test so big? His eyes widened, and he waited for the Professor to respond to Wallace.

Karen started day dreaming about how interesting that would be with bot--. Then stopped. And shuddered.
"Buh! Okay now that, that little naughty bit is over. I'm going to take a wild guess and say. You totally late for you EXAM!!!"
She'd picked up the book he was reading and saw it was Prince's book!She's taken that class two years ago.
"You need to move now!! Prince only schedules that test once a semester!!"

Professor Prince didn't bat an eyebrow. She flipped open her book, made a couple of marks and nodded.
"Dully noted. Wallace Wells: F. You are excused, Mister Wells."
She looked at the rest of the classroom.
"As you all know, History of Heroics IS a prerequisite class, and failure means that not only will you be unable to take the courses that follow, but you will have to wait till next year to retake. So.
Anyone else wish to protest?"
A pin drop could have been heard in the classroom. Professor Prince smiled...no, she SMIRKED at the class as heads ducked and pencils started moving frantically. No one could afford to fail this class!
Hartley looked at Wallace in a panic.

*Chris busted out of the library. He ran across campus and burst into the History class. Glancing around, he saw the gigantic test.*

"Oh really? You're going to sit here and tell me that I can pass a 600 page test in two hours? You're going to tell any of them that they can do that?"
Wallace strode over to the professor, standing with his arms crossed over his chest. "I am a good student, and I am well aware of everything you have covered in this class. I have studied my notes down the letter, and I am no slouch when it comes to every paper I have handed in to you. In fact, they always come back with a smiley face on them and encouraging words.
"I am also aware that you haven't taught enough in this course to constitute an exam that is..." Wallace reached over to flip to the last page of a book, "600 pages. There hasn't even been enough outside reading to bolster your lessons. If there is material that you have not covered in this class, it breaches your contract as a teacher.
"I do a lot of reading Ms. Prince, and when I made out with Bruce Wayne, I stole a copy of your contracts. I always need to know what you can get away with, and it's not something like this."

Teddy could sense that this was going to go over like a fart in church. He looked over at Hartley, wondering if the boy was going to back up his boyfriend at all. Nope. It didn't seem so. Well, fine then, he'd do it. He took a few steps forward, bringing his bulk up behind Wallace. Hefting one of the tests, he flipped it open. He couldn't even read a hundred pages in two hours much of less six hundred.

Ms. Prince smiled again.
"I'm afraid that the contracts have changed, Mister Wells, now that we have a new Headmaster in charge. If you have an issue with the test, you will have to take it up with our new Headmaster, Doctor Strange."
She sat at her desk and tented her fingers.
"One hour, fifty-three minutes left for the rest of you. Now, Mister Wells, you will excuse yourself from my classroom, or I will summon the school's new Student Obedience Officers to escort you to detention."
Hartley backed out of the test line and grabbed Wallace. He talked to him in hushed tones.
"Wallace, you can't beat her! She's a teacher, that's the ultimate authority here! Look...find Doctor Strange and tell him that Professor Prince has popped her top. I'll muddle through the test and join up with you afterward. Okay?"
