lol bloodline jutsu are the only ones excused just used it for an example you can learn all your bloodline jutsu no matter what

as a whole if your class says you can only learn 4 ninjutsu u can only learn 4 ninjutsu altogether not per element nor per bloodline everything altogether

nah I just meant as a section so ppl can only have the amount in there sections lol
Edit: the amount is small cuz your a gennin and the class you choose determines what you can learn thats why

It seems kinda small as a Jounin, as well.
Anyway, KAZ. WHAT VILLAGE ARE YOU IN? I wanna know, so I can make a profile and JOIN.
Might make me an Aburame.

Meh, snow ain't my kinda village.
I'm thinking either Aburame, Nara, or maybe Satetsu. I don't know, really. I'd take sand, but there ain't no sand element. D:
