@ All posts that I should have been here earlier to reply too.
Garchomp, Sally, Haxorus, Shandera, Volcanoa, None of these are Uber in Gen 5. Because it's piss easy to take them all out. The only confirmed Ubers are on Smogon, Bunny has the link cause he's so smart D:

correct me if i'm wrong but the only pokemon that are uber are all the legendaries that were classified as uber right?
also I heard that DW Politoed and swift swim pokemon are banned, not sure if that's true or not

Also, I thought since the game has gone global and the Global Link isn't in service yet for Europe and America wouldn't that make DW abilities illegal until then?
Only two DW abilities are useable; Hihidaruma's Daruma Mode or Zen Mode for English and Musharna's Telepathy.

yeah that's what i thought also, it wouldn't make any sense that drought+clorophyll and SS+sand throw wouldn't be banned also, but i had read on smogon that it was at the very least suspect, not that it really matters to me, but a lot of battlers play by smogon's rules, so i try to pay attention
