Small goosebumps raised on his arms and neck as he felt her hand run through his hair. It felt wonderful, and he lifted his head a little to kiss her hand before lying back down again. He had just gotten comfy when a shiny white golem tittered into the room and hovered around his head.
"What--?" He knew that golem. It belonged to his Master, General Cloud Nyne.
A static sounds came before the golems words, in Cloud's voice, "Timothy?"
"Yes, miss Cloud?" Tim answered uncertainly.
"Please see me at once, I've got a mission for you," a little more static.
"Y-yes, miss..," he answered her and paused, before adding, "c...can I bring Exorcist Chloe Lockheart with me, please?" He cowered a little, afraid her answer might be harsh.
There was a pauses before the golem's answer,"Of course you can, Tim. You'll need a partner for this anyway. I'll notify the Supervisor at once, informing him she'll be joining you."
"Thank you so much, Miss Cloud!! Thank you thank you!" He thanked her repeatedly.
"Not a problem, Tim." Cloud's voice rang out, a softness behind it,"Both of you come see me once you've packed your things."
"Yes, miss!" Tim answered, sitting up, excited now, turning to Chloe as the golem flew back out of the room.
"Chloe! Did you hear that!? We get to go on a mission together!" He grinned at her.
Heh...maybe things will get to go alright for once.. Her thoughts would have lingered some more she looks up, upon hearing a golem and a voice through it.
It was Cloud Nyne, and Tim was talking, saying he has a mission. Once he requested that she might be going with him she smiles, one part is because she gets to stay with him some more, and not be stuck here alone..again. And another is because she'll finally get the hell out of here, the Order was becoming too stuffy again, and it was making her restless.
She beams at Tim, giving him a closed eye grin.
"Yep! Finally! I get to get the hell out of here for once." She replies, happy to finally get out.
I haven't been on a mission in god knows how long...and I'll finally meet this Cloud Nyne person I've heard about..I've only just seen her around, never really talked to her, but apparantly she's a good person. According to Tim and Esme.
She nods and sits up, causing Tim to nearly fall off her tummy.
"Lets go get ready then....but..uh...I don't know where to meet...ehehe" She says, a hint of nervousness at the end.@Domo: ((just a bit sleepy as well...joo? o3o))
Tim sat up and smiled at her,"Yeah, and we get to get some fresh air together!" He was extremely happy to be spending more time with her, outside of the Order. And, this was going to be one of his first missions since joining up. He had done things himself of course, but this time it would be different: He got to take a friend along; a partner.
Not just any partner...My Chloe!
His heart fluttered at the thought of it. He better get ready and see his Master soon. He didn't like to keep her waiting, so he stood up and offered Chloe his hand.
"We can meet in the cafeteria, and I'll show you were Miss Cloud's office is!" He exclaimed happily,"Go get your stuff and I'll see you in ten minutes!"
He ran half way to the door and then paused, running back, a smile on his face still.
"I almost forgot!" He said as he gave her a light kiss,"Ten minutes!" He yelled back as he ran out happily.
"Sure, no problem, I'll meet ya there then." She replies, giving a small nod. Once he came back for a small kiss, she blushes a small, red tint blush. She has to admit, he's really adorable, and affectionate as well. He reminded her a puppy, while she was thinking about this she unconciously let out a smile and walks up to her room, her expression a bit of a daze.
Once she entered her room, she opens the door, finding her pet chicken, Clucky still walking around, clucking happy at her arrival, she notices something at her bed. It was clothes, and a letter as well. She makes her way towards it and looks at the letter first, reading it.
Hey Chloe, the science department made some new outfits for everyone, and since I was planning on giving this to you personally, although I had no idea on where you were at...probably at the Room again, so I left it at your room, hope you don't mind. I hope you like the new uniform, it fits you perfectly.
The Science Department.
She smiles, folding back the note and looking at her new clothes. They were right..they did suit her well. She looks at it on the front, and the back side. and instantly fell in love with it.
She changes into her new outfit and heads out, going to the cafeteria to meet Tim, while she was walking, she says good bye to Clucky and then looks down, as if she was in thought, thinking about random things.(( Gah...I'm just caught up in a huge...decision..and its going to eat me from the inside out.... gonk ))
Tim ran to his room and threw a few spare clothes into a small suitcase, barely looking at what he was choosing. He didn't pay too much attention to the new uniform that was sitting folded on a chair, because he wasn't in the mood to break in the new clothes. He wanted to be comfy for his mission, he just didn't want the hassle.
I'll break them in another time...
He rushed down to the cafeteria, case in hand, to wait for Chloe. He glanced around the room, not seeing her yet. He spotted Allen and Kanda eating at opposite ends of one table and waved to them both. Allen returned it, and Kanda merely scowled. Tim laughed a little to himself glanced at the doorway just as Chloe was walking in.
In that instant, the entire cafeteria dissolved into emptyness; all he saw was her. She was wearing the new uniform, and it looked absolutely wonderful on her. A deep blush spread across his face as he waived at her and jogged over.
"You look...," He was at a loss for words,"Ah..," He just smiled and laughed a little, scratching the back of his head.
"Shall we go see Miss Cloud?" He took her hand and pulled her towards the door a little, eager to get going.
I wonder where we'll be going. Maybe Rome! I bet we can get some lazy time in, to explore, and go to dinner, and...

He hoisted her onto his back, giving her a ride to Cloud's room, even though it wasn't very far away. He carried her down a narrow hall, which winded along, until they reached a white door. Tim knocked on it once, before entering.
"Miss Cloud?" He asked and looked around.
Cloud appeared from behind another door at the opposite end of the room. Her monkey, Jau Limin, skittered around the room before running up to Tim.
"Eh-heh, hey, monkey..," Tim put Chloe down and bent to pet Jau. The monkey arched to his hand like a cat before climbing onto Tim's head.
"Ah! Lau!!" Tim laughed and tried to pull the monkey off. Cloud chuckled a little and sat down at her desk, calling the Jau back. Jau skittered down from Tim's head and took his favorite spot on Cloud's shoulder, winding his tail around her neck softly.
"Have a seat, Tim," she smiled,"Ah, and hello, you must be Chloe. I've heard so much about you." She inclined her head towards Chloe, motioning for her to have a seat as well.

(( *sighs* good point... =x=;; )) Chloe feels herself being climbed on his back, just like the previous times and laughs, enjoying the ride. It wasn't long however, in just a couple of minutes they managed to reach towards the door, and walk in.
She saw Cloud appearing from another door, and something else caught her eye as well, something..moving.
Next thing she knew she was being put down and Tim had a monkey on him.
A monkey.....that's new, and hey! We CAN have pets in here! she beams, smiling at Tim and Jau as they played, then he went back to Cloud as soon as she gave the command. She looks over at Cloud, smiling nervously, she doesn't deal so well with authority figures, mostly because where she's from, she always copped a bad attitude with them, and it might show up here as well.
"Hi...nice to..meet you." She stammered slightly, trying to be on her best behavior and not make an idiot out of herself...but she probably jinxed herself anyways.
She sat down next to Tim and it took her a sec to realize something else she said.
"Wait..you've heard of me....what exactly..did you hear..?" she asks, now letting her curiosity get the best of her.

Tim sat quietly and let Cloud and Chloe talk, smiling happily that they were getting along so far.
"Well, Tim's been quite forthcoming about you," she smiled,"Don't worry, he hasn't been saying anything too bad. It's all been quite good, actually," she laughed lightly.
"He says you play the guitar? And that you like raves, and that your innocence is a medley of daggers," she continued,"Oh, and there was one more thing, let me see, what was it....Oh, yes, he mentioned how pretty you were, but I don't think his description did you any justice."
She glanced at Tim and laughed quietly, because a deep blush had spread across his cheeks.
"Ah-Master...I thought you said we had a mission?" He tried to change the subject.
Goodness, Master, could you embarrass me any more??
"We're not in too much of a rush, Tim. But yes, we better be moving right along." Cloud rose from her seat and to shuffle through a file cabinet.
Lau Jimin hopped from her shoulder and onto the desk as she rose, tittering over to Chloe. He sniffed at her hand gingerly, unsure of her newness.
I wonder what Chloe's thinking...does she like my Master? Is she excited about the mission? I hope she is...I hope she won't be too upset about the things my Master just said...
Tim sat there fidgeting, letting his mind race.
