Lucas paid a visit to Arc in Heaven's jail and ended up helping him escape. From there the two traveled around Earth for a bit before going to Hell to speak with the recently revived Kikyo. While in Hell they encountered Kira and returned to Heaven meeting up with Sabriel, Grants, and Rogziel. Lucas's dark side, Blight, surfaced and a fight between Arc, Lucas, Kira, Grants, Sabriel against Blight began. Currently that fight is getting ready to end.
After Lucas' jail break he was labeled a traitor and his vanguard was to be captured. They first encountered Wyndom, who got away that's to a timely intervention of Kira. Kira sent Wyndom to meet up with David and Inferno who were also in Heaven at this point. Inferno left and went back to his fortress. Wyndom and David went to Earth to look for Lucas. The two of them encountered a legion of angels and Dylan along the way. Escaping from the angels they went to the city of Rosewood. There they encountered Samurai, of the Illuminati, as well as Takehitsu, before four dozen angels descended upon them. David caused an explosion and the group slipped away and David split off from Dylan and Wyndom to draw away the angels. At the outskirts of town David ran into Oni and Kora, fought a dozen angels, and managed to spare all of them except for the one Takehitsu killed when he crashed the party. Samurai showed up along with some new fallen angel, followed by Inferno. A fight between Inferno and Samurai is about to start with people all reacting differently to this. Dylan and Wyndom had used the confusion to sneak into the mansion at the back of the city to find information on Lucas, upon exiting the city the were confronted by a second Illuminati member.
In Hell, Kira was still questing for the virtues when Oni disappeared and Kikyo resurfaced. With Kikyo's return Morik also returned, as Roy went to the former Queens side. David who had been in Hell at the time under the guise of Sam encountered Inferno and traveled to Heaven with him and Kira. Kira stayed in Heaven when the rest of his group left, plus Wyndom. Kira had a surprise visit from Oni in Heaven. The two ran into Sabriel, and the three began to walk around Heaven before getting into a fight. They were saved from the group of angels by Grants, a general loyal to Lucas. Kira and Oni went and found the Arch-angel Imperius who was in charge of capturing the vanguards and Lucas. With the help of Inferno they defeated Imperius. Returning to General Grants they would start to formulate a plan when Roy, the son of Inferno, came bursting through the doors to reveal that both Morik and Kikyo were alive before dying. Kira and Oni took Roy's body to Hell to return it to Inferno. Queue fight. Takehitsu steps in and helps to rein in Inferno. Oni heads to Earth to train, and encounters Kora. Takehitsu vows to find Morik so that Inferno can kill him. Kira uses Infernos forge and get's contacted by Lucas at this point.
