Well I could give permission for you to get techniques up to the points missing. But you're going to have to type it up in T.C. because I need to go to bed. Possible school in the morning. xd
If you find them, place them in T.C. and just say they're the missing techs. If you don't, place what ones you can remember are missing. And I'll add them up. Since it's a significant number, not something like a missing 500CP. I'll fix it for you, if you can find the needed information. Or think you know it. 3nodding
As long as it's 3500 CP. Everything's good.
It's kind of like an SL reward, except it's the outcome of an error. xd
