EdwardHau Dr. Fomite That was kind of...different. sweatdrop Genrou and I went to the hospital to grab my check (which was, indeed, in my desk), which leads me right past a gas station. There were a couple of young girls at the station who came over and asked if they could pet Genrou. Which was all well and good, and he tolerated it fairly well. Then they started asking questions about him, which was also okay...until they just kept asking questions. I swear, it sounded like they were scoping him out to kidnap him or something. gonk That, and I couldn't believe comments like, "It looks like you haven't brushed him in a while". ...WTF? He always looks like that. He's a fluffy dog with a thick undercoat. gonk Or, "If he spent a few days with us, he'd be totally babied up." Little creepy.

For the record, this is a Genrou:  And I don't think he looks that unbrushed. crying Edit: It just struck me how perfect an example that is of my sitting space - surrounded by dog toys. He brings everything over here to the computer desk. xd

Peppermint Elf All he needs is a driver's license and a car. 3nodding I guess it'd be nice for one of us to drive. ninja Well, finally broke down and put my order in with DDD.com. Looks like the total damages will hit right at $250. gonk I'd have bought more, but I'm waiting to see if they have another 50% sale this Thanksgiving. Considering how far behind I am on watching DVDs, there's no rush for me to buy more right now. sweatdrop

I love big sales. whee Last year, when they had their big sale at Thanksgiving, I bought a ton of DVDs for Christmas gifts. whee If they do it again, I'll probably have a repeat. ...And buy a bunch more boxsets for myself. cool Oh. I should also note that with the 20% discount, this means Lazy Town DVDs are only $9. I expect that I shall not be the only one to take advantage of this fabulous opportunity. Edit: Waitaminute. Looks like the memory was getting fuzzy. I double checked on the Thanksgiving order, and it looks like it was only 20% then, anyway... ...Maybe I'll order a few more things. ninja Edit 2: Daaaamn. gonk They won't let me use the code again.

She growls and barks...then gives you the Chihuahua Look of Death.
