Exactly. Just to the Otobe. Of course, the Otobe are going to be claiming total legitimacy as a village, and trying to stage relationships with other villages and such.

Really think of what Kohnoha would have been like if the uchiha were even BIGGER douche bags then they actually were, so much so that they LITERALLY think that they're gods, and had actually succeeded in taking over the village. That's pretty much what the new Oto going to be like for while, with the Otobe as the ruling class and everyone else forced to dance to their beat...or else. They probably reward loyalty with special titles and squads and such though, as they really into that whole hierarchy thing, the Knights of Forte just being one example.

You remember Kimi and Xen right? They're not even close on to villainous. Even Xen. XD. If anything, because Xen's wrapped around Kimiko's finger and Kimiko's a justice and heroism freak, they're bound to be the opposite, even if Xen's cheerfully incredulous about it the whole time.

I plan to make them mercenaries, and occasional vigilante heroes, while all the while they're training and trying to gather enough resources and power to liberate Oto from the Otobe. I can totally see them joining a village so long as Kimiko believes it to be run by someone who's just and good and Xenon believes they won't stab them in the back. Of course for the sake of drama they'd have to go through an adventure and initial violent encounter before misunderstandings were cleared up. emotion_yatta I'm sure your Genin team mentioned would be perfect for that. Even if they lose a fight with Kimi or Xen they'll still get a bunch of exp. Fighting people is the quickest way to level up with the new system.

Fighting the two of them would give what? 135 exp for Xen and 120 for Kimi? Around 255 exp total? And that's not even taking into account them getting their exp from the war that I'm putting them through right now.

Oh an hey, Qyp, you're on Crew, could you help me fix this place up? Ceating new areas and making a new NPC section and a section for explaining about the "new Oto". I'd do all the writing, don't fear, but I think I need someone on crew to make the topics yeah? What with this being a village and all. Once I get the okay I'm going to be getting started, including opening it all up with the new Otokage giving his...big opening speech. confused I don't have too much to work on since Cheer only tolod me so much, but I do know he was supposed to be one charismatic sonuva b***h who had aspirations of domination and superiority. Also Aizen. He was supposed to look like Aizen. But that's what creative license is for!

Bingo book for sure, that's from the old old system, and probably the Shinobi profile scroll. Only my character and I think winged guardians on there are still active, so we can just make a new one.

The academy, needs to edited to say "Old academy" as it will just be a derelict building now that they're going to be... "updating the program".

Also "Missions" and "Character lists and teams" Or we can just update those, whichever one.

NPC's also, as that's going to be undergoing the biggest change and almost all of those are outdated and out of service anyway. I'll personally switch over those that are still being kept.

The thing we'll also need is threads to replace: Bingo Book, NPC's, Missions, and the new Shinobi scroll.

And finally, there needs to be new topics that involve the various Otobe facilities. Otokage Offices, Secret Police Headquarters, the brand spanking new Otobe Clan complexes and castle (edo style of course) and the the new academy. Could I make those without you having to bother and you just check them over? I realize we're not supposed to make our own topics, but it seems like it would be less of a bother for you guys that way.

confused You may send profiles at once. Kouri told me that I should feel free to recruit and that once I had enough people switch us to active status, which is really more of a formality. You may send me a profile and I'll approve it so you can get started. Depending on how you want to make you character's back story, we'll start something for him.

I'll also make an NPC for the Otobe academy instructor for new people.

Remember that Otogakure is just recently under new rule, read the speech made in the main square/Kage building to know the mood for the moment.

The Otobe Secret Police have been established and are currently enforcing the laws. The mood is surprisingly upbeat and calm given the Otobe's nature of ascension. The Shinobi of former Oto are being treated with Respect, but paired off with Otobe Observers to ensure their behavior, excellence, and cooperation. Applications for the secret Police are open to the Shinobi, but the requirements are strict, and mostly only Otobe are in it at present. Not all are pleased with this transfer of power, but none have as of yet dared to openly Oppose the Otobe since they've taken power, and as of yet the only thing they seemed interested in is ensuring order in the village, and sending missions out to reclaim the villages lost to bandits under Kasuke's more conservative reign. There's also talk of a political envoy to Kiri, but that is only a rumor at this point.
