Haha, yea that is the second Master Ball you can obtain in the game. You get one automatically near the end like always, but now you can get a second one if you want.
How it works is, the guy counts how many Pokemon are in your box that have a different ID #, so just by doing the PokeTransfer you'll get it pretty easy.

also, if you're like me and want to SR for a good nature for Zekrom/Reshiram, you can fill up ALL 24 boxes and have six pokemon in your team, and Zekrom/Reshiram Appears at Dragon Spiral Tower later on in the game, though it's going to take me a looooooong time to fill up all these boxes

Narati Suzuki Essentially, it is a rare chance to instantly capture the Pokemon. I've noticed it happens more often when the wild Pokemon are close to or at 1 HP. At any rate, your Pokeball will make a metallic sound when thrown, wiggle once, and then catch the Pokemon. I've only had it happen about three times.
You'll get lots of Critical Captures with Dream Balls I hear.
1) if you only got it 3 times, you can't really say "It happenes more at 1HP" its just a rare occurance... I still havn't gotten a critical capture yet... but I'll be glad they're there when it comes to capturing the legendaries.
2) dream balls always catch the pokemon... kinda like the pal parks pokeballs.
3) really? dreamworld isn't gonna be available for a month ._. wow, kind of a long time to wait sweatdrop

Dig/Rock Tomb are REALLY paying off right now. These electric types are strong as hell. 1hko my Dragon. =0 Not very effective my a**! crying

L05t 50ul also, if you're like me and want to SR for a good nature for Zekrom/Reshiram, you can fill up ALL 24 boxes and have six pokemon in your team, and Zekrom/Reshiram Appears at Dragon Spiral Tower later on in the game, though it's going to take me a looooooong time to fill up all these boxes
hm, why wouldn't you be able to SR the first Z/R encounter??
also, apparnetly its been proven impossible for them to be shiny on the first encounter... why? its so wierd ._.
the problem for me is... I got white so I could get the flying/electric roamer, and SR to get a good one... but reshiriam is the legendary I want sweatdrop
so I can't get both of the legendaries I want...

These trainers popping out the roller coasters make me lol.
The best lol I had, was when a dude jumped out a dumpster and gave me the flash TM. I was like....was this dude really in the dumpster? xd

And yes I know Dream Balls always catch Pokemon, but it does it in the form of a crit capture instead of wiggling three times.
It's unfortunate that they're making us wait so long for Dream World, but it is probably better that they didn't release it on the first day. There would have been a huge amount of stress on their servers. >.>

so you bring 5 pokes with you... and checkit snature during the battle.
