I can pet fish too. They'd just... well... my hands will get all slimy... and the fish will probably die or something... I don't know... I don't think fish were meant to be petted.

Oh they were, then shortly after you gut them and fillet them. Batter them up and cook them on a stove with a bit of oil in the bottom of the pan and it turns out delicious.
