come play oh how mean, not believing me -runs then crys in corner- I believe you but the mod will just secure the answer, plus they do the updating so it's best to get this from the horses mouth. know what I mean?

TheBlazinDragon Ok, I looked at buffs for item/jutsu creation but I see nothing on buffing Tracking.... any explanations on how I'd go about that? Blaze not to be rude but comeplay is almost never wrong.... take her word for it next time, Since I personally know how to set up techniques in an epic way. Tracking Buffs = Awareness, plain and simple bud... and another thing, Mods aren't the ONLY ones who know how things work mechanically. But I do understand your waiting for a mod, just be aware of the fact some of us do indeed know the system just like the mods.
