She notices a new face to the Canteen and pulls up a stool next to her* Hi! it's nice to see new faces in the Canteen, everyone calls me Humble...you can call me whatever you'd like *extends her hand to shake selenia's*

Sammirah humble_gypsy_traveller Haha I forgot to roll! I went shopping again...so I'm hoping I have something for this roll! (edit: Ugh! No no no! Not again! Formal/white...I do not have. Ancient/Gold or yellow...I have little) Wow, freaky avatar! You're good at the cyber-punk neo-goth thing. Why thank you...strangely and unfortunately I've been up to my neck in the genres for so long...I forgot how to do anything else! rofl

"Grateful Dead, coming up" Each bottle of tequila, vodka, rum, gin, and raspberry liqueur being pulled out, he poured a part of each in kind into his mixer befre closing it and picking it up. He shook it in kind, giving a few artful spins and twirls for show, the unoccupied hand easily taking the glass and placing just enough ice into it before pouring the mixed drink within and giving it a raspberry garnish on the lip before serving it to the young lady. "Here you go! Please enjoy!" "Well, your's truly is the barkeep and chef of this fine establishment. Anything you ask, i can most likely create." Leaning forward with a smile, he raised a brow, showing a little cockiness as he was quite confident in his skill of culinary arts. "And I always like a challenge."

Getting the bottle of Jack off the shelf, he first put the cola from the fountain into the glass, only a third full, and then added just enough ice to make it fizz before splashing the liquor in smoothly and serving it to the young lady. Sammirah Hmm, I think it's time for something summery. Barkeep, I'll have a mojito please! "Gotta love the taste of summer!" *Getting the shaker, he puts ice and rum into it before getting out a few sprigs of mint, nicely minced and ready for anything, and places it in with a little lime juice and sugar. Giving another show of style as he shook the shaker up, he got a glass of ice and the spigot for the soda, filling the glass nearly full with the mixture before popping a splash of club soda on top. With a sprig of mint that was trapped in-between the cut of a lime, he garnishes the glass and serves the drink. "You know most places I have seen try to just give you a Shmirnoff Mojito instead of mixing these babies. Blasphemous and lazy, I say. Enjoy!"

Yeah, that's true...well unless I know it's an item I can invest in to sell it later...or like now...if it's something that will do well in a costume game...but usually, yeah...I stick to a certain style.

It's an big event in Finland and we have the friday off to celebrate it. whee *grabs some rhubarb mead behind the counter* gaia_angelright Mmm, is rhubarb mead a thing? It sounds tasty. gaia_nitemareleft It's really tasty and refreshing, especially in the summer hot weather. It's basically made as normal mead but instead of lemons, you put boil some rhubarb and let it settle for some time. gaia_angelright Wow, do you brew your own? Yeah, I prefer to make my own mead instead of buying it from the store. The store meads are too sugary for my taste. It's actually not that hard to make mead.

gaia_nitemareleft *warms up a barbecue on the backyard of the canteen.*  I'm not sure if you guys celebrate the Midsummer Day that much, but it's a big celebration in here so I've brought you some yummies to celebrate it! Also, don't hesitate to roast some marshmallows around the bonfire! "Also, a Midsummer Day isn't perfect if you don't go to sauna so there's a good old Finnish sauna in the backyard too. Be careful though, its'a Finnish one so it might feel tad too hot for you so start sitting on the bottom benches and if you feel you can take the heat, move up to the top ones. " gaia_angelright
