Tor chuckled, "Cora, life will find a way. I'm sure theres some form of non-animal life we can bring in here to help you track time. I'm thinking mushrooms, right off the top of my head, but I know there to be other things, especially in my world. As for dirt, we can bring that, hopefully. Bard's car stayed here for a while, so dirt must be able to somehow." He smiled a bit, "As for Tavin, well, I haven't seen many people in that long, or longer, maybe it only requires a bit of patience? Now, tell me about this infatuation Alex has for you."

::Cora couldn't understand how a being that required sunlight for food, could survive without sunlight....she was about to correct Torment and tell him that a mushroom was a fungus, and not a plant, but then he brought up Alex:::
Oh...well, he kissed me. And not just to thank me. I think he thought we were being intimate.

You know...I think I made a mistake. :::She rubbed her forehead nervously::: We were nude, and I had totally forgotten at the time that it was a form of intimacy. I'm not exactly sure what he wanted me to prove... but there was something he needed me to do, and he wouldn't calm down so I just...

He nodded, hearing the mistake bit, but fell over backwards, taking the chair with him when he heard the latter part. He looked up over his chair and feet, "You what?!" He rolled backwards, away from the chair so he could stand back up. After a moment of dusting himself off and getting reoriented he righted the chair, leaning on it as he stood, "You and Alex were just sitting around nude? Well, if you were in the privacy of one of your rooms I can see it as being slightly better..."

No...he appeared here, practically nude with the acception of a drying cloth. And then he saw me, and began to panic. He... :::quick thinking::: thinks very poorly of the future, so he began to yell that I wasn't human! And I asked him what I had to do to make him calm down, and then we got into correctness about being nude, and he said he didn't mind, and that I should too and...
He was calming down! I just thought he wanted to make sure I was shaped like a human..! And then we had some very strong alcohol, and I examined his elongated coxic bone, and then...he laughed at me, and called me some strange name, and he kissed me.
He walked away and then he called me slim, and told me to put my clothes back on, and he left...!

I didn't even have time to talk to him about it...

Torment blinked once or twice, "And to think it took pops how long to get you naked?" He shook his head, "Bad images...such bad images. Just tell me whatever it was either Alex or his towel touched so I can start burning things."

Torment gslowly turned his head to look towards the bar, "Remind me to never touch the bar EVER again." He thought about actually lighting fire to that half of the Brink, but thought better of it, "...go somewhere?"

Tor sat there frozen for a minute before he began banging his head on the table, "Bad images! BAD BAD images! Why me? Such bad images!" He pulled his head up from the table, a trickle of blood coming from where a piece of the table was now protruding from his skin, "I think you just ruined my honeymoon. I was going to have sex with my wife for like 3 days on end, but no. You had to tell me Alex wants to fu..." And with that he was gone.

:::She wasn't sure what to make of the reaction or the comments... at least she'd stopped crying. Though to be honest with herself, the conversation didn't lend her much help. She thought about it, and realized that the situation was no nearer to being solved, but in some way, she did feel better about it. How strange...:::
:::After a moment more, she got up, and walked to the bar, grabbed a bag of unsalted peanuts, and went back to her room to eat them:::

Torment faded in sitting at the bar on one of the stools, not realizing where he is for a moment, "And so then I says to Mabel I says, AHH!" He leaps back off the stool and starts beating it with a nearby chair. He glances around at each stool in turns and backs away, "Its ok...he only sat on one of them...don't know which...but it was only one..."

Torment first reaction was to throw the chair at her, not really thinking, just throwing. If it hit her, great, if not, well, there were other chairs. With that done, he debated getting another chair immediately, or trying civil conversation, the later might work and would get her less riled up. He minded his pocket knife, not pulling it out, but keeping a mental note of where he had it, "K..Kara. Its a, well, not a pleasure, but its certainly event to see you."
