The general looked around one last time. "Lord Black is a good man. I hope he finds a safer place until this all ends." Paradox said solemnly. he hadn't known Demetri that well, but had heard a lot about him. Hector's gaurdian. Why was he now dead? Paradox didn't know. "whatever happened, it would be wise to figure out who had been in control here." Paradox motioned to the room. There was blood almost everywhere, and demitri was at the center.

Hector hands started to glow bright white. He concentrated everything he hand on them. The light expanded and grew bigger until he couldn't see the length of his arms. "I WANT HIM BACK!!" Tears were streaming down his cheeks even as he said it. He knew Demitri was dead but his mind refused to accept it. He was crying now.

Dialh was running back upstairs towards them now at full run scared to death of Hector. She came panting to the door the only thing she could make out was Hector's name before Katherine knew what was up. Dialh didn't stop through she had went towards Paradox who she felt safest around.
Katherine was headed out the door. As soon as she saw Hector her power could be felt even by him surrounding him and threating to close in on him. "Hector!" Her voice was hard edged or tried to be. "Stop it right this second."

Paradox waved to Dialh joyfully. All his earlier irratation seemed to be gone. He left the room with the corpse in it just to see the medical team arriving. They wouldn't be saving anyone this day. Just body bagging. He turned to Lady Dialh. "Good day, Lady. I fear that you won the bet. I did finish the rose, but. . . It seems I forgot about the deadline." Paradox told the woman. She was tiny compared to him, but he took something out of the folds of his armor very delicately. In his hand was a crafted iron rose. Each petal was cemented on with silver, and the whole thing was gold leafed. It was really all an attempt to calm her down, but paradox wouldn't admit that.

Dialh took the rose she smiled at it seeming to have forgotten what she was worried about before. "So then are they both mine M'lord.?" She spoke. Her green eyes watched him as her small hand went out to take the rose from his hand. She would bring it up and then inspect it.

Paradox let out a long exaggerated sigh. "I am afraid so, Lady Dialh. I defaulted on our little bet. It was my loss." the rose was as perfect as he could make it in one of the few talents he was good at. Smithing. If it had been gardening the rose would have been dead even before they began.

Dialh gave a bright smile twrilling it between her small fingres. She even gave a bit of a laugh as he had spoke.
Katherine walked back towards them. Dialh gave a slight bow and backed up slightly she was seeming to rembmer that the child was strange. "I am sorry about that Dialh it won't happen again." Dialh noded some. Katherine then looked to Paradox. "I don't like the fact that all of my foster brothers keep leaveing me."

"Nikura, was seated with Jonas and Ruben while Aenu and Khan were play fighting in the streets of the black market. It didnt take long for Sekains troops to settle down. But if it wasnt for Nikura they would feel out of place.

Hector was calm now and he was pacing around. He didn't know what to do anymore. He didn't have anyone to look up to anymore. He was alone.

Paradox left Dialh with the rose and the brooch, and passed Katherine with a nice gentle nod. He was going off to a few of his duties back in the streets to let Katherine settle Hector back in. Paradox was notoriosly bad with kids and was going to try to skip another incident. They could continue their conversation at a later time.
He made his way to the Black market. It was calm there, except for the constant haggling and the practicing soldiers. The flowing rivers men had to be dealt with first, before the recent surge of mercenary activity.

The calm air grew thick with curiosity as none from Flowing Rivers had seen him efore, apart from Nikura. The soldiers continued about their business, their conversations and practices, taking little notice of Paradox, leaving it to the four who lead them.

Matachi stood on top of a building along with a few other forest archers in full gear aswell. He wore his green and black clothing that matched the forest archers with his face sleeve pulled up to his nose "I want him to do this mission." Matachi said not turning to look at them as he pointed down at Paradox "He is the only one to know about this aswell." He says before vanishing as he activated his sidiion dash back to the castle. One of the forest archers jumped down and approached him "Lord Matachi wishes to speak with you right away." He says in a stern voice before turning and walking away

Paradox walked up to Nikura, who was clearly the leader of the place. Paradox's face was hooded like it always was. Nobody could see his true eyes, and few wanted to. "Good day commander. How long do you plan on staying?" The question was simple, but far more important than it seemed.

He nodded to the Forest archer. "I will see him once I am done here. This won't take long." The general replied promptly before turning back to Nikura.
