Fianna's misgivings piled on as the rest of the Lions slowly trickled onto the pitch, and she was concerned she hadn't seen Kim yet. Not having a Keeper to defend the goals was a definite reason for her to get about her job and quickly. As soon as Professor Jones released the balls to start the match, Fianna launched into the air to start her search.

Slowly, the rest of the players trickled onto the field, though some were still noticeably missing as everyone took their positions. Once the referee let the quaffle loose, she lunged in for her chance to take the lead.

When Oliver joined them, Rey was concerned, he didn't look well, although that was probably the nerves speaking. Merlin knows that she felt them too (although she was getting better at handling them, hopefully). "You'll do good," she tried to reassure him.
Soon most of the team filtered into the pitch, except for Kyson. Hopefully he'd show up soon, or Raymond, they'd need everyone in this match. Then again, Gryffindor was missing their keeper too. When the game started, Rey wasted no time, launching off and looking around. Unfortunately, it seemed like the Gryffindor seeker had caught sight of the snitch immediately and Rey flew for the closest bludger, hoping to aim it at Fianna.

★ ｃｈａｓｅｒ ★ ｐｒｅｆｅｃｔ★Kyson ran onto the field, notably faster than the other girl who was following him. He was a lot taller than she was, and had longer legs, so it was understandable. Wasn't that the Gryffindor Vice Captain? She was pretty late. Maybe Reid will tear her a new one after the game was over. Kyson smirked, hoping for the best as he hopped on his broom while he ran. He sped into the sky, flying up beside Savannah as she snatched up the Quaffle. He would provide her cover, and hopefully they could score against the tardy Keeper.

'Faith an begora!' thought Fianna gratefully, as she got sight of the Snitch, and sped after it. 'No slow start today, thank goodness.' As she started her pursuit, a Bludger breezed past her close enough to graze her thigh, which served only to encourage her to push her mount to greater speed. Even if Kim had finally taken up her station in front of Gryffindor's goals, it was bleedin' cold, and that was reason enough for Fianna to be of a mind to get the game completed quickly, even if it was the end of her season.
