Seph smiled weaving Chobi through the maze of the complex trying to work out where they should be going "Sure I think I can take some time out of training to come and watch you do your thing. The fight won't be going on all that long and if your not doing as well as you should I'll be your cheerleader" she joked pretending to be waving pompoms in the air.

Hebal laughed and stuck her tongue out at the crows running away from them "Hehe very sneaky with the clones guys, we thought there may have been hassle from those guys" she praised them taking Sophia from Mari then rocked her gently in her arms "Are you 3 going to be going off now? And your coming with us right Yusti?" she asked for confirmation

Oassu shook his head "It was a rare treat since sweet shop staff often recognised you if you were in once besides I didn't have much to eat back then" he said.

Barbaros left to get a mango and apricot yoghurt before returning "I've never been to any of those places but what are they like?" he asked starting on his yoghurt "Mmmm this is good but how do you even know about the base isn't it secret?" he asked.

Gil smiled "Still we can do whatever we want until then, when are our matches anyway?" he asked her trying to remember "Oh and you three get us some good prices ok!" he said to Yusti Hebal and Zadina sternly.

Mari smiled giving Ivy a kiss and a hug back before she settled on her shoulder "Yusti would it be alright for Ivy to accompany me in battle at all? Or is she banned as well" she said indicating the sprite "Oh and Hebal don't touch Sophia's tale apparently she doesn't like it." she shrugged happy to see Sophia snuggling into Hebal's fur.

Itaka nodded "You'd be a fine sight to see cheerleading me" he chuckled hopping down off Chobi in front of the desk "Hey we'd like to train a bit" he said. The bangaa hired help behind the desk glanced at a board to the side "What weapon?" he asked gruffly indicating the board which had silhouettes of various weapon shapes. Itaka picked out Seph and his own's variety of swords and two blunt practice versions were presented along with two numbers 56 and 57. The bangaa then grabbed a microphone in the booth "Numbers 40 and 39 off!" he called and it echoed across the training grounds "I'll call you when your time is up, you can tie your chocobo up there" he said indicating a post near the field.

Zadina giggled "It should be nice people will come with the nice smells of chocolate and I can customise the dresses for Gria but how much should we sell them for?" he asked his co-workers.

Felina sighed trying to picture a rather hungry Oassu pinching sweets "It must have been a really hard upbringing for you. Or at least it is in comparison to mine where I could usually have just clicked my fingers and as a result been given a plate full of sweeties if dad allowed it. What did you usually eat then?" she asked directing the ball of light away from the tub.

Hayate shrugged glancing up at what Barbaros had brought back to eat "It's not their main headquarters but it is a well hidden base all the same. The main one is rumored to be hidden above the clouds but not confirmed. As for the places, they are extremely cold, only above freezing on one of their hottest summers day. As a result the area is covered in snow and ice"

Satoshi scratched her chin looking up at the clock "Your match Gil is at 3 and my match is meant to take place just after 5 and we are both going to be fighting in arena 1. I made a note if it earlier" she informed him allowing her nose to take her over to the chocolate stall to buy a packet of truffles for 30gil "Not a bad selling strategy Hebal. Most people love a good haggle anyway"

Yusti paused examining the little sprite with Mari "I think it would be best if you were to leave her with Hebal also, she wouldn't be allowed in the fight with you and you wouldn't have anyone to look after her at the arena while you participate. Plus lots of people will complain if shes fluttering about above your head"

Seph nodded glancing arouns the area looking for anyone who didn't already have a training partner "Sure I guess I could try against someone else but what are you going to do then. Find someone for yourself?" she asked hovering forward towards a woman who appeared to be staring down at her sword absently "Umm excuse me miss... do you fancy training with me a little" she asked tapping her on the shoulder.

The woman turned around uncertainly revealing herself to be a Paladin "Umm... sure I don't see why not so long as you don't resort to dirty tactics and start using those claws" she eventually answered examining Seph with caution "That is if that guy isn't training with you" she added noticing Itaka behind her.

Hebal groaned but pounced on Mari to give her a hug "Goood luck with your match! And afterwards your more than welcome to help us with the selling" she chirped sniffing the chocolate scented air with delight "You can help for a bit too if not training or relaxing or eating before your matches etc" she told Satoshi and Gil.

Oassu patting Cid who seemed confused that the ball had disappeared "Yeah well shall we head out for the day?" he asked pulling his jacket off a chair and donning it "Maybe swing by Hebal's shop" he suggested.

Barbaros nodded "Guess thats ok, I wonder where the bangaa city is, I hear they make good sailors, moogles too" he said planning out a crew "Could make a nice little entourage for my ship" he chuckled.

Gil blushed under his armour "You think so...I guess I could, my fight isn't until a fair bit later but I don't know much about fabrics and stuff" he murmered.

Mari frowned "Umm Yusti one last thing, how do I get to the other arena?" she said slightly embaressed before hugging Hebal back "I'll try and come and help if I'm feeling ok" she laughed.

Itaka nodded seeing Seph go off "It's ok I'm not training with her today" he told the paladin before frowning. Thats....odd.... he thought looking around through the people fighting What's bothering me.... he mused further until his eyes finally rested on a figure staring right at him intensely.

The man was slightly shorter than Itaka clothed in old fashioned red dirty armour, the kind the knights of old used to wear. The intense fury in his stare burned into Itaka as the figure rested on his knightsword.

Itaka, unnerved, took a step towards the figure before the man pointed his sword at Itaka and spoke from beneath his horned helmet "Hold it Knave! I! Arian challenge you to a duel here on this field!" he proclaimed loudly causing a few nearby combatants to make a way for the man.

Itaka shrugged "Whatever, thats fine by me, I could use a warm up for later" he grinned picking up his sword and moving to an emptier area to spar in.

Zadina beamed "It's good that we don't have to build the stall ourselves saves us some hassle, thank you Miss Yusti!" he said hopping down from Hebal's shoulders and running to the stall "We need to begin setting up ASAP!" he insisted.

Felina nodded stroking the confused Cid's back "Sure lets go and check out their shop so long as you can find it. You never know, they may be selling some dresses there that are just right for me and if so I would gladly pay good money for" she agreed with his suggestion linking her arm with his.

Satoshi chuckled patting Gil's leg plate "I know you prefer metals over fabrics but just pretend you know a little bit and if anyone asks more just say you would rather not talk about it since your trying to think about your match" she suggested pulling him over to the stall with the others "Is there anything you guys want us to do to set up?"

Yusti smiled patting Mari cheerfully on the back "Don't worry about not knowing your way around, you are a tourist afterall. You need to keep going around the outside of the arena until you come to the esculator. Then you have to go down that and then down the one right next to where you jump off. That takes you to the right level and keep following the arena wall until you get to the main enterence. The guards will know who you are."

Hayate glanced up cuirously at Barbaros "Oh do you already have a ship or is this just planning? Bangaa settlements can be found all over the place nowerdays but the best place to find them are on all the islands surrounding the north eastern continent. You probably know already moogles live in sky cities like gria"

Hebal hesitated giving Mari a happy wave goodbye before finally adressing Gil and Satoshi "Right then you two, we have all the flowers sorted out now so what we need to do next is fine a way to lay all the pretty dresses out so everyone can see them without any being hidden away underpiles" she instructed unfolding the dresses.

Seph spun around removing her attention from Itaka's fight to block the strike coming towards her "It is a bit of an odd name to have but why do people call you Zeath? It's not like it's a shortened version of your name or anything" she asked spinning around lowering her blade while she spun in attempt to attack her training partners legs.

Zeath jumped back waiting for Seph to finish her spin before moving back in and thrusting her sword upwards aiming to disarm Seph "Zeath is just a name I chose for myself. I like the sound of it plus it's a word thats means justice. Your surprisingly fast by the way but you haven't exactly told me your name. Not that it matters since most likely I will not see you again during the tournament unless you prove to be really good" she shrugged waiting for Seph to make a move first i order to perform one of her better counter attacks.

Gil nodded "I guess thats ok" he said sorting the dresses like he was asked glancing up the street "Looks like folk are heading down now, since the matches will start soon.." he said seeing the crowd moving down through the stalls.

Zadina shook his head "I think it's nice, it's a good welcome to all the visitors but you'd best ask Hebal since she's really in charge of this shop" he said going over to the stall and casting scent booster spells on all the flowers.

Oassu smiled at the thief "Well we should move where the crowd is moving right? Means the shows will start soon and we can get some seats if we want to watch any fights today" he said looking at Felina for a decision "Or we could go do something else if you wanted" he said.

Barbaros frowned "What is he a moogle? A dwarf? But I think I'd take my family on holiday to Tricasia, or even Newport and stay there a while as a fisherman while my kids get a good education." he said thinking of the possibilities.

Itaka grunted as he recovered from his dodge "Your quite good, you know that?" he said gripping his sword again before spinning and slicing at Arian who blocked it but the shock sent him skidding back across the ground. Lowering his sword Arian smirked "An you have about as much skill as a one armed oglop" he said before rushing at Itaka again aiming a blow for the head. Itaka dropped to one knee and shoulder charged under the sword slamming into Arian's chest with his armoured arm. Itaka sensed the man was winded and immediately swiveled on his knee to strike Arian in his chest with his sword sending the knight sprawling back onto the ground.
