Does anyone here know what is that black candy in English? Not licorice. You know, "salmiakki". It's chloride of ammonia ( uh, did you get that? ).
Maybe there isn't an English word for it...

Salmiac (or salmiakki) is right, Kradvity. I think it's some kind of Swedish licorice, actually... But there's something about it that makes it firm or salty. But I'm not too sure... x.x;

I've always thought it's Finnish though. razz But it's nothing like licorice. ^^

I don't know. It might be Finnish, Swedish... One of those... I'm not quite sure of it's origin. And, I completely agree with you... I don't believe I've ever met anyone who also likes licorice. Well, if I have, they haven't said anything.
