It was approximately an inch and a half wide, and I can swallow objects over two and a half inches in diameter.

Your nasty habit has an ill effect on me. It leaves me unable to breath. I can't even walk five feet around someone who's smoking.
Last time I sat next to someone in my history class, who'd smoked before class, I hyperventilated and passed out during lecture. All I remember from it was not being able to swallow, or breath. One of the TAs called 911. My uncle got a real fun call from my mom, who the hospital called...
I'm sure I'd actually really like you two...
But breathing is more important.

If I know I'm going to be around someone who has a problem with it, I simply don't smoke for a while beforehand.
