((Given the definition of rigorous, this would not be considered that at all. XP is not rewarded for how well you do. Unless it is all or nothing. But you don't get more experience for getting better rolls, because in RP terms this exersize comes down to luck. In terms of being a ninja, hitting more targets in bow training does not mean you are learning more that if you missed targets. Training does not have base XP in any village I know. The only reason there was base XP for the tree climbing is because the villages I've been at have considered it an E-rank jutsu, and you might not get that if kiri graders are strongly against that. This is not jutsu training. This is weapon training so you can recieve skill points for that chosen weapon, and ability points in dexterity possibly. One could concievably call this hard for your level since you have no weapon experience, but that is up for debate. So train, if you do a lot you get a lot except for the XP part. None is awarded except for bonus XP from number of words (And thats only if Kiri does the same thing the other villages do.)))

Gwendolyn looked at her teacher and tilted her head. She then pulled something out of her pocked and put the headphones in her ears and turned the device on. She really doesn't like to be distracted while she works so she tunes out. She approached the tree and moved so she was on a different side then her fellow teammates. After watching Kazuma make a fool of himself. She snickered to herself and started to center her Chakra to her feet. After a few seconds of gathering she placed one foot on the tree and went to place her other foot on the tree. She lost her balance and fell flat on her back, some grass and sticks getting stuck in her hair and jabbing into her sides. As she hit the ground she let out a loud 'umph' sound and rubbed the back of her head.

Gwendolyn groaned and got up and brushed the twigs out of her hair and the dead grass off of her butt and back as good as possible. She stared at the tree as if she would cut it apart and use it as firewood. She clenched and un-clenched her fists as she walked away from the tree, she thought to herself, "might as well get a running start." She then took off towards the tree and tried her best to run up the tree. She was able to run up it for a short period of time until she fell backwards and falling onto her back and butt once again. She didn't make any noise now as she was used to the jarring.

(( Taken from Kirigakure Academy Shuriken Each student will be given 10 shuriken and be placed in front of a target board. There will be 3 rings around the bullseye. 0-5 = Ring 1 (+0Exp) 6-10 = Ring 2 (+1Exp) 11-15 =Ring 3 (+2Exp) 16-20 = Bullseye (+3Exp) Formula: 1d20 + Ranged Attack Bonus Train: Use all 10 shuriken up. Put in each post: Training Experience: (Keep adding what you hit together for your experience score.) Shurikens: (The remainder you have left.) I just modified from what I got from this. xD Only because it seemed like it was official, I could always do this by itself though and just do it like that for the hell of it just so I don't get yelled at. xD Roll: 19 + 1 (RB) = 20)) Kazuma noticed out of the corner of his eye Gwen attempt the training. He didn't want to say anything cause she was appearantly tuning everything out with the music. Though honestly, the music might have been what was distracting her from her training. And he wanted to come over and help her, but she probably prefered being alone or training without help. And his sensei didn't give him any set training plan so he went to train it. He went to a tree and etched a target into it and made three rings with a bulls eye in it. He then walked away to give himself a good distance and pulled out an arrow, strung it and fired it at the target he made for his self. Training Experience: 5 Arrows: 9/10

((xD I might as well do this anyways for all 10 Arrows. xD
Roll: 18 + 1 (RB) = 19))
Kazuma smirked as he saw his previous Arrow hit the bulls eye, it impressive though considering the target was quite small and he wasn't that good to begin with. But it was something he really was pleased by. But he gave Gwen a look to see how she was doing and as he figured she wasn't doing much better either. He drew another arrow from his quiver and strung it up, pulling back the string as he felt the tension increase he tried to aim for his target and landed yet again another bulls eye. It was impressive to him, as well as just good luck, and he was getting to practice with a real bow.

Gwendolyn sucked in a lot of air and let it out of her nose angrily. She really didn't know what she did wrong. She then got up on her feet and brushed off more twigs and grass. She kicked at the tree and walked away from it. She turned around again and walked briskly to the tree and centered her chakra once more into her feet as evenly as she could and as much as she would allow. She feel once again and she twisted so she wouldn't fall on her back but she fell on her hands and knees.

Gwendolyn sat up on her knees and rubbed her hands against her hips. She then picked up her headphones and brushed them against her chest. She then put them back in her ears and turned the music up a little louder before she walked towards the tree with a little speed, her chakra again in her feet. As she got to the tree she yelled in her head "WORK!" It didn't work as well as she wished it to and yet again she was on her butt, a thick twig under her stabbing into her rib cage.

Kazuma again strung up another arrow keeping his hand in the same position as he focused trying to tighten the bow hoping to split one of his arrows already in the target. He then released the arrow and watched it fly right into the target's center but not touching his previous shots. He then turned to look at Gwen straining to get it down. It would be a long time before she would get it. Out of the three of them, Kazuma was now the most chakra efficient. And he didn't want to rub it in, so he kept from going to help her. Not until the end of his training.

((Don't worry, I'm not mad at you, but I am actually really frusterated with the logic behind that. Yes it exists. I don't necasarily agree with that but it's there so I supoose I'm wrong and there wasn't anything wrong with our disign by this standard. What confuses me is how are the rewards being given in the XP thread so small and then this exersize is offered to academy students? Either it's really hypocritical, or I misread stuff in the XP thread because people were getting tiny bits of XP and it doesn't make sense. But if you got that from the academy, then you can do that but with a bow like you originally planed. But if people I say I give to much reward from the tree climbing thing, I'm going to point strait at this and stare angrily. Which really is good for you guys because either way you're getting lots of rewards. So sorry for being presumptuous.))

Gwendolyn got up with a grunt and took the stick in her hand and threw it towards another tree. She really wasn't paying attention to her fellow teammates and really didn't much care if any of them were doing better then her. She did what she has been trying to do once again and she succeeded for a few steps and once again fell back but she clutched to a branch and hung there. She then let go and landed on her feet.

((Alright! I'mma edit my last few posts to go with my set up of bow training. xD
Roll: 4 + 1 (RB) = 5))
Kazuma's past couple successes actually got him excited that he had actually done it, he felt accomplished that it were such an easy task. He look over at Gwen though who wasn't having much luck in her training which saddened him a bit since he had some success very early in his training. He relooked at his target taking out yet again another arrow and strung it and then pulled back the bowstring. It was becoming more fluid and easier to do as he looked at his target and let lose the arrow. He watched and listened to it and heard nothing after words. Meaning only that it missed hiorribly. A very depressing happening but he assumed that it happened from time to time.

Gwendolyn stood there and looked at the tree. She smiled as she had gotten up the tree a little and made a small success. She jumped up and down and her ear buds fell out of her ears. She stopped and replaced them and switched the song to something more mood setting. She then ran towards the tree once again and got up a little less then before and she fell.

After that he decided to restring the bow and try yet after a quick glace at Gwen. Who seemed to be better at landing then he was, which was good cause he didn't want her to have to get used to what he had to. He pulled back the bow while looking at her then turned his head to look and the target and shot at it. He watched the arrow fly and crack one of his previous arrows right in half. Which impressed him that he didn't even notice.

Kazuma still smiling over his last shot he quickly grabbed a arrow from the quiver and strung it trying to keep his hand steady and release the arrow to hit the previously arrow. But as drew it his hand moved a slight bit and he released it not realizing it. The arrow hit the absolute edge of the target and kinda wedged into a little gash in the side of it. This didn't help Kazuma one bit as he sighed wondering if it could have been better off if he just stuck to string, aim, and release.
