You want me to show you?* Ali laughed a little afterwards, he never changed into one of them unless he had too. Mostly because he hated the feeling of suddenly being wrinkled, having breasts that got in the way or had to look up at everything, another fact he didn't want to do it was because it ruined every piece of fabric on him so when he changed as well as changed back, he'd be buck naked.*

"If it is anything other than writing .. yes, I would like to see how you record your memories. And if you like, I shall show you mine as well." she said softly with a smile.

No, I don't really want to stand naked here outside your house. Besides I can't show you how I record my memories, but I don't become someone else entirely. It's basically like a chameleon only the camouflage's entirely and visible. * Ali snickered a bit afterwards, she could show him hers though if she wanted. That also left a slight question, if he changed then changed back and then she changed and then that person made a move on Ali, it would be very weird.*

"Taking down notes of your thoughts means you will be nude? How odd. Personal preference I take it?" she asked, arching a brow. Perhaps he was still on the topic of spending time as another. Either way, she was mighty confused but tried her best to stick with the conversation.

What?* Ali arched an eyebrow as he thought over her words, turning slightly embarrassed as he began to realize what she meant. Such difficult words had thrown him off.* Oh, I think there has been a miss understanding. You meant if I write a journal of my thoughts and such, correct?

Nodding rather animatedly, she smiled and giggled, realizing that they had been thinking of separate things. "There are two ways I usually record my thoughts either using a fairth or the pensive, depending on how much detail of the event I wish to remember." she said cheerfully. Would he understand what these methods were? Time would tell, but she would be willing to show him both.

* Oh Ali felt like a moron standing there now, he had never heard of the words fairth and pensive before.* Show me.

Smiling brightly, she led Ali back in to her house, directly to one of the pictures on the wall. Upon first sight, it would look like any other painting. However with closer inspection, one would see the rich detail and crisp appearance which made it look more like a photograph but still kept its clearly painted look. "This is a memory. When at home, this is the place where I usually meditate. To me, there are few places which hold such beauty and comfort to me. I simply had to take a part of it with me. Basically, when using an enchanted canvas that is prepared to be used as a fairth, you concentrate on the imagery that you wish to be made real from your memory. Your emotions, thoughts and the sight of whatever this might be, are then transfered to the fairth. This is just one of several I have done. It is fairly difficult to do, one must have great focus and dedication to learning this art." she said, looking to him with a curious expression, wondering what his thoughts were.

* Ali nodded his head a bit afterwards, so basically a image would be created through memory and emotions. Doubt she's want Ali to do something like that then.* And the other way is?

Moving to the other side of the room, she opened a cabinet that was locked. Saying a spell to open it, she then pulled on a shelf which rolled out of the cabinet so one could see. On the shelf there were a few random items that surrounded a bowl that seemed to be filled with water. Upon closer inspection, one would see a number of carvings around the edge of the bowl, which was clearly wooden and could easily assume to be rather ancient. Touching the edge of the bowl lightly with one finger, she smiled, tilting her head slightly, almost affectionately as she did, almost as she considered this item to be an old friend. "This is a pensive. If you have memories you wish to preserve in their original condition, you may store them here." As she said this, a wand appeared in her hand. She closed her eyes and placed the top of the wand on her temple, concentrating for a moment. Removing the tip of the wand from her head, she slowly lowered the tip of the wand to the pensive, a light, silvery string seemed to be taken from her head as she did this. Touching the tip of the wand in to the water, she opened her eyes, watching as the string went in to the pool, swirling, creating a slight mist which poured over the sides of the bowl for a moment. "To fully understand, you should view a memory. Think of something from my past that you wish to see, then touch the surface. I will accompany you." she said softly, bobbing her head. Knowing who he was, she expected him to have a desire to see a few things, she wanted to know what of her past he was curious about. Gently she rested her hand on his shoulder, waiting for him to move, knowing that they both would be pulled in to the memory the moment he touched the liquid.

* Ali arched an eyebrow before he raised his left hand and dipped his pinky finger into the water. He wanted to see who her first crush ever was.*

The room around them began to swirl as they were effectively sucked in to something quite different. Like one who was dreaming, they both knew a reality that they were not truly part of, could not interact with.
The scene before them, a warm, breezy summers day in a hilly field. A young man, followed by a young woman could be seen approaching. The boy had sandy brown, shaggy hair and was dressed rather plainly, cream long sleeve loose shirt, brown pants, brown shoes. The girl, on the other hand, was quite the opposite; vibrant colors of blue and purple from head to toe. Clearly the female was Ziven.
The boy was talking rather animatedly about another female, about how long he had known her, where he thought she was, how he felt he could be part of her life and much more. The girl followed him, holding a bag in her hands, which clearly was his. She was helping him carry this to wherever he was going. She smiled and nodded as he spoke. Finally his confidence seemed to dissolve.
"But I don't think she'll like me much. It's been years since we've been together and our courting is mostly arranged by our family. Even though we were great friends when we were younger." he said, looking at the blue haired girl.
"Perhaps she will remember those days as fondly as you do and accept you as part of her life and be wonderful for you. I believe if I were in her position, I would do so." she replied sounding rather cheerful, a slight amount of color showing in her cheeks.
"You would huh? Well .. you're weird. I don't think anyone'd be so accepting. Hell, I'm afraid and I ain't afraid of anything." he said with a laugh. Reaching the porch of a house, he took a step up, dropped the bag he had been carrying and held out a hand indicating he wanted the bag in her hand but not for her to come in. "Thanks for carrying this, I guess. And uh .. see you around I guess too. You guys don't come here much and I don't know what I'll be doing a year from now."
"It is possible we may see each other again. Atra esternĂ ono thelduin." she said softly, bobbing her head and placing two fingers to her lips respectfully to him, despite realizing that he was not sharing much respect for her, she tried to.
"God, you are so weird!" he said laughing heartily as he moved the bags in to the house. Clearly Ziven was disappointed by how the conversation went. Still, she walked away as proudly as she could, given the fact that she felt disappointed.
After a moment, the scene before them began to dissolve, the Ziven Ali knew was standing beside him the entire time, still having her hand on his shoulder as they felt themselves deposited in her living room again, falling to the floor with a soft thump. She felt rather exposed that he had chosen such a memory but realized that this would likely seem very mild to him. She never was one to gush her emotions towards others and despite having had interest in the boy, she knew logically he had no interest in her.
Tilting her head, she looked to Ali with a clam expression, wondering what his thoughts were.

* Ali just smiled afterwards, that was actually a cute yet sad memory. Also what one would call a "normal" memory. Noticing Ziven was looking up at him, Ali simply held out his right hand as to help her up before he spoke in a teasing manner.* Have you always worn blue and light purple clothes?, Cause I'm beginning to wonder if you were born with clothes of that color now.

"Yes .. though obviously one is not born with clothes and I have no memory of what I wore before coming to live with my master." she said softly. "I rarely asked for anything growing up though with my clothes. I asked that they be made of my favorite colors and my master provided. Once I learned how to tailor my own clothes with magic, I continued the tradition. These colors make me happy, they show who I am." she said softly. When she spoke, she took up part of her scarf that had been swaying around her and began running her fingers over the fabric, clearly feeling comfort from touching it, thinking of happy memories.

Hmm...I think I'll bring you along to the Euphoria Bazaar for some variation, just for fun and to see if we find something you'd enjoy to wear besides your usual clothes.* Ali smiled a bit afterwards, walking around in the same clothes day after day after day was in fact weird. Those who wouldn't know she used magic to clean her clothes and such would even begin to wonder if she was hygienic at all, which was one of the reasons why Ali wanted to get some variation for her, even if it meant she only brought out blue or purple clothes in the bazaar. Besides, that scarf hid her somewhat and it was about time she showed off her stuff to everybody including Reeve.*
