Lais nodded. "Quin, you're an idiot. Don't you think maybe I could help this man?" She looked to Chanti and softened her expression. "I was trying to find the doctors office to see if he'd accept me as an appretice. I have some skills in healing and Quin thought it was a way for me to be of use."

"Yeah, you probably could, if you want to try your hand he'll be the next door down from your's. Someone's done a number on him, looks like he's been beaten real badly, but most of his problems probalby stem from memory." Quin stood for a moment nodding in agreement with Chanti, "Our current healer is over strechted as it is and any help is appreciated."

Lais nodded. "I'll see to it after my bath and after I get some food." She smiled. "I'll give you two some time alone." She said as she turned her back and went to the staircase. She was determined to get her bath. She went up the stairs to find her stuff on the bed, but all of her clothes were missing. Except her undergarments. She glared. This was Quins doing. He told them to take her mens clothes away. She looked in the dresser and sure enough it was full of dresses. She grabbed one and made her way to the the bath. Steam rose from the water as she dipped her body in it. When the water turn cold she got out. She hesitantly put on the rose hued gown over her undergarments. She was going to have a talk with Quin. And she would have her clothes back. She put her long hair in ian intrigate braid that traveled the length of her spine.

"How do you know?" she asked. She didn't think she had told him anything, but then again information spread very quickly here. But Lias was leaving, and she realized that it was right and that they were really were alone "I'm going to get changed. I feel like I'm falling apart at the seams."

Quin watched as his sister left, he had set a deadly if playful trap for her before turning to Chanti, "It was simple my love. I have heard with happened to Kia, that could send potentially anyone off the deep end, so it was a simple mater to deduce what afflects him, but I must ask, who inflicted such a beating of him?"

"There was only one blow, but Pale did deliver it." she leaned on his shoulder and took a deep breath "Tell me there's a fresh change of clothes." a pause, then she threw her arms around him and just stood like that for a moment.

"ahh, well of all the people to his Wed I'd expect it to be Pale, as to the fresh clothes, yes, there are those, they should hopefully be suitable to the wearer, but I don't fully know if they will be. My style of clothing isn't the most popular there is." Hugging her close he kissed her, "You know I worry about you whenever you leave."

Chantico had thought she'd get dressed, maybe clean up a little more, tell him the story eventuallu. But now she didn't even reply to what he'd said. Instead she took his hands away from herself, then up between their chests, and returned his kiss.

Squeezing her hand as they kissed. It was a while before he let it end and even after he didn't speak for a while. Instead he began moving her over to the coach. His leg was starting to hurt from all the standing. Sitting down he looked at her and had to smile, despite all their differences they had found a conection and were willing to make it work.

It was so quiet, too quiet, so quiet for Wedsday. Suddenly he started to scream, and began to bang his head against the floor, finding the wall to be too far away. His screaming echoed oddly.

Terrified, she covered her ears. Her nerves had just settled after Quin's mention of the word vampire, and now Wedsday sought to bring it all back up again. "Is there no way to help him?!"

"I'm no medical expert, but I think the best thing we could possibly do for him at the moment is sedate him some how. I don't think we could get any needles close to him at the moment nor any gas so I think we may have to let him drink himself into a stupor." Having a servant run off to watch over Wed and see that his needs where met he turned to her, "All I can really say is that what happens now will go down in clan history."

Chantico felt like she wanted to cry. Sedating was what was done for women, or when a man was about to die. Although the only time that she'd ever really met him before he'd gotten upset at her, she'd wanted to help him now, and then there was the enemy. "When can we send for the healer? I've met him, I think he's a good person, and I hope after he learns what I've told him about Wedsday's mind he can heal him."

((Can't believe this is the first time I noticed a responce.))
"I don't really know when we could call for him. Perhaps we could go over there as most of the clan members should still be there. Then we can see if we can get in contact with some others and begin the final push. Having the healer with us will be good as then he can over look any wounded we take in the field."
