Miranda shakes her head. "It's electric but I don't plug it in. If you have elecic you can either play with in plugged in or not plugged it. But when I'm at home I always have it plugged in."

Miranda blushed a little. "Well, I don't know if you could really consider us boyfirend and girlfriend...yet. But we're getting there."She let out a short something, somewhere between a laugh and a gasp as she threw herself onto her bed.
"Classes...Let's see... I'm taking all of them except Divination. That class is such a joke. It's going to be a lot of work, but I couldn't help it." She said with a grin and a sigh. "My one and only weakness. Knowledge."

Mikki hears Miranda and Anna's conversation and joins in. "I think I'm with Miranda. Everything. I might even take divination." Mikki giggles, knowing Miranda's opinion of that class. "It could be fun."

Normally, Miranda would ignore anyone who dared butt in on her conversation, but since it was Mikki, she let it go. "Eww. Divination. I don't know how I could ever stand that class. Although it would be pretty fun to laugh at Professor Treawalney all day." Miranda looked around, to make sure there wasn't anyone spying on them and that had heard.

(OOC: OMG, that's really terrible. How did it happen? I mean, did you reveal your password to anyone? Or were you just unable to log in? I was wrongfully banned on March 10th, along with couple thousand other users. I was accused of botting, and I don't even have to mention that I've NEVER done anything like that in my life. Thankfully, my account was restored, but Gaia really needs to take care of its security measures.)
"The only thing I'm worried about is the large amount of homework that we'll be getting. I checked DADA syllabus and it doesn't seem easy at all.", Anna said slightly concerned about the upcoming term. Homeworks have always been her least favorite part of school life.

"Well, I checked out the class, and it's about as ghetto as the teacher could make it," Mikki said with a giggle. "And there are only 2 Hufflepuffs signed up. I don't know why, but I have a thing about Hufflepuffs. Ugh...," Mikki added with a shudder.
Turning to Anna, Mikki was confused as to why she thought that, but decided she'd better tell her about the homework situation. "The homework for DADA shouldn't be too hard. I did some of it last term, and it was easy enough. I think the hardest part of those assignments were the open ended questions."

"Ah, yes. Open-ended questions. They're the devil. I swear. I always get points taken off for "Not staying on topic" 'cause they tend to make me go on rants about whatever I happen to be thinking about at the time. It's like my writing has ADD. And it doesn't help that I write exactly like I talk, so I get points taken off for bad grammaor too."

Miranda gets up and runs after mikki, but is laughing too hard and falls over. She gets up as quickly as her body will let her, and goes over and pulls the covers off mikki. "You little..." She managed to get out between laughs. "I'll get you...eventually." Giving up, she walks back over to her bed and sits down. "ickle-firsties...." She says, shaking her head.

"If it makes you feel better, Miranda...," Mikki lost her train of thought because this one suddenly occured to her. "CLASSES START TODAY!!!" Mikki jumps off of her bed, grabs her book bag full of all her new term supplies, and dashes off to the class rooms! SUPER MIKKI HAS ARRIVED!

"Really?", Anna asked. Homeworks in her old school have always been making her life miserable. "Well, I'm relieved to hear that."
(OOC: OK, so like... can we pretend that I went to sleep after this and then got up, went to class, and came back? lol redface )
Anna walked in the dormitory after the first lesson of the new term. She tossed her bag on her bed and slumped on it. "Wow, I think this just might have been the most interesting lesson I've ever taken."

Mikki came back to the dormitory with book bag (still in tact... whew!) full of homework and plopped it onto her bed. "Well, that was successful. I almost forgot to sign up for DADA! I must have been distracted by my book...." Mikki sits on her bed and spills the contents of her bag out. "Let's see... 4 quills, 1 bottle of ink, a nice roll of parchment... although I may have to get more, and my books. Looks like I'm set." Mikki starts at her homework, first working on her Transfiguration essay. "This really is dreadful."

Miranda walked up to the girls dormitory, threw her backpack on the floor, grabbed Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and sat down on her bed. "Oh, lighten up. It's not that bad. It's just a few essays and a couple questions. And the essays are only 100 words max. That's only like 5 minutes, at the most, apeice."

"Well, I just don't know what to expect of the classes this term. They're all new teachers, besides DADA. It seems kinda lame so far." Remembering last term Mikki added, "I wish there was herbology. I liked that class!" Mikki then moves on to her CoMC essay. "I feel like I'm back in muggle school...."

Carrigan entered the Common Room and sat down heavily in his favoured chair, a stack of books teetering in his arms. They thudded to the hardwood as he sat, creating a ring of dusty literature around him. The Ravenclaw sighed and stared at the covers as though it would make them magically tidy up. Of course, it didn't, so he drew out his wand. Swish and flick.
"Wingardium Leviosa," he murmured, levitating the books into a wonky pile. He broke concentration a few moments later and began to set up his 'work space'-- parchment, quills, ink, and his books wobbling at his side.
