Valkyrie and Kengan were confused at this point. It would seem the Hideo had left. It would not mean much. Hell it only meant one thing: that Hidden Sand was under attack. Kengan sighed at the beasts first move. He was powerful and any more of those kinds of techniques would mean the destruction of Nano. All Kengan could do was go to one knee and pull out a sword. He had never had a chance to try out this technique, and hoped that it would be against a weaker opponent. Still, he drew his blade and conjured up a jet stream to lift him up into the air. He was shaken up only when the giant roared, nearly deafening him. But he stayed in the air. He then went to a technique that he had not used in a long while. Channeling chakra into his unsheathed blade, he swung it sending that powerful raw chakra at the giant, while attempting to close the distance by flight.

Valkyrie sighed. Once she felt the first few tremors she preformed the Hare technique, making har much faster on her feet. Hopefully it would be enough to dodge the tremors. Valkyrie jumped from one place to another, making sure to avoid staying on the ground too long. Once the tremors were through, Valkyrie used the hare technique to up her speed and close the distance between herself and the giant before attempting to use the strong arm technique on the giants knee.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. The Giant looked as it saw that it's earthquake had been successfully stopped by the man with the giant hair. IT made a note to kill him first. However the Giant felt something odd. It's leg was removed. The Giant quickly came down into the ground tumbling into the earth. However as it fell the Giant's front two arms propped him up. Now it was on three legs just as comfortable as it was on two. The Giant only started to shake. As it started to shake leaves would start to fall off of the giant. The leaves were huge. They could blanket a small village. But once the leaves started to fall..they would start to break into many pieces. Those pieces would then fly towards the attackers beneath him. Each part of a leaf sharper than adamantium. Each heading liek a torrent towards the Hidden Nano village. He didn't just want to kill the ninjas. He wanted to kill all the villagers beneath him. The chakra blast just seemed to crack the giant. Not even enough for it to be noticeable. it just sort of huffed.

Tamao had closed the distance, but she couldn't yet attack. The giant was doing a good job of keeping her off balance. Now she had to defend herself from a flurry of falling leaves. She wasn't foolish enough to think them normal leaves, not when they came from the giant. A pair of blades materialized in her hands, and she began slashing at the leaves, gouts of fire springing up in the wake of each slash, burning the leaves to ash before they could do any harm. As well, the fire would continue on, building up until it was almost a streamer of fire, sent forward to attack the giant. Of course, the size of the fire was as nothing to a creature the size fo the giant. But at the moment, in the middle of defending herself, it was all she could manage.

Kawari continued leaping, rolling, crouching and jumping, avoiding the razor sharp leaves as they flew at her. They were numerous, but not guided individually. There were windows of opportunity, room to maneuver. As long as the leaves didn't do anything unpredictable, she could avoid them as long as she needed. Which was a rather long time. She was still charging up energy for her blast, she wanted to be sure of doing the beats some damage. That meant two things. One, that she needed a lot fo time to charge up. And two, that she needed to find just the right target, somewhere vulnerable. Where? An eye, the mouth?

Syrahn and Azal arrived in the village. They quickly ran towards the giant, both meeting. They hadn't seen each other in over 2 years, and were greeted with a pleasant surprise upon seeing each other. They exchanged nods, they knew. They would talk later, for now the giant must be dealt with. Syrahn activated his Byaukugan and turned up his music, he didn't particularly care to hear his surroundings at the moment. Though he could still make things out if necessary.

Azal signaled for Syrahn to toss him up, Syrahn launched him at the giant with all his strength. Azal soared through the air, taking his sword out preparing to land on the giants back. "The fun begins!" Azal said.

Meanwhile, Syrahn threw several special kunai at the giant. Not aiming to harm it really, just get a few stuck in its flesh. Or whatever it was made of.

Kengan really did not worry about the leaves as much as he should have. It did not bother him much, projectiles flying towards him. He was a master of wind, after all. Kengan quickly changed the paths of those winds so that the leaves barely missed him. It was easy enough to do. The giant had failed to stop his flight. That would be a mistake. As Kengan closed the distance he would raise his blade, inducing rage within himself as his chakra spills out in alarming levels. The Harsh Cry of the Heron was one of the Gekkou Clan's secret techniques, and he had never used it outside of the village until now. The chakra formed around his sword and around his body as he began to look somewhat like a soaring heron, attempting to stab its beak, Kengan's sword, into the giants throat.

Valkyrie was getting ready for an attack. Right now she wanted to test something. "Lets see how sophisticated the mind of a giant is," she said to herself as she began to perform a string of handsigns. The giant would see leaves fly across his face right before the hell viewing technique took affect. It would show the giant its greatest fear, something that Valkyrie really wished that she could get a glimpse of.

he Giant watched as his leaves were avoided however he was trying his best to keep them off balance. THis was a harder attempt than what he thought. The Giant saw the yougn foolish boy try to jump at him. AS the long grass whips from off his back would start to fly at the boy trying to strangle him(Azael). THe Giant then saw the boy he couldn't knock out the air. So NOW. NOW it decided to get angry. As it only opened his motuh and the long tongue of the beast came out it's mouth and would attempt to slap him out of the air. The Stone tongue of the beast would turn Kengan into stone with one touch. However with his fast movement with the combonation of how large the tongue the beast was..it was pratically impossible to stop his movement.

THe Giant watched as the leaves hit him back. They each did minor damge to him. Cracking his own armor. IT only growled and stomped on the ground repeatedly trying to stop her attack. However the kunais just bounced off the stone skin of the giant. THey didn't effect him. THey only made him laugh. IF he could laugh. The giant wasn't done destroying this village but he could feel his time drawing near.

After chopping off one of the Giants legs Shino the Dimension Blade shrunk down to regular size and used the dirt to knock the leaves off of his direction. Once the leaves his the ground Shino came back around with the Dimension Blade and it extended again as he tried to cut off one of it's arms that it was now standing on.
When Shino noticed that the giant had cracks in it's armor the sword of light in his hand disburse and he began manipulating the earth to make it maneuver around through the cracks of it's armor. The earth was just moving back and fourth, creating friction between the dirt and stone body. The dirt would basically be slowly eating away at the giant to hollow it out so it would become weak. If the others were to make more cracks or openings in the armor the process of hollowing out the giant would be quicker.

Valkyrie was not through using genjutsu, something was bound to penetrate his head, and Valkyrie was just the person to pull it off. She was a genjutsu master after all. She performed a string of handsigns and then Sent the image to the giants brain that there was a firestorm spreading from her towards him, enveloping him in flames, hopefully he would take the bait.

Kengan saw the tongue come out and simply reacted. Police training was to thank for that. he performed a short string of handsigns around his blade and it scattered into ash that formed a shield in front of him. The shield held as it took the brunt of the hit from the tongue. Still it sent Kengan cannonballing to the ground. He hit it hard, leaving a crater. He couldn't move, he must have hit the ground harder than he thought. "No, I have to keep fighting. I have to keep fighting. I have to protect these people. No!!!" The rage brought upon a technique that Kengan had never used. He got up, his body was blocking out the injuries, the pain. He had become a juggernaut. He drew his other sword. Round to had begun for him.

Azal smiled and turned into a blanket of water. He soaked the giants back and then return to his normal form. He took his sword and carefully walked up the giants back to his neck. Taking his sword, he increased the size and strength in his arm to an immense rate. "Stupid mongel," he said bringing the sword down on the giants neck with alarming force.

Syrahn knew he had to act quickly. As the kunai bounced off he quickly teleported to one and grabbed onto the giants stone body. He proceeded to climb onto the giants back.

Tamao could tell that her flames were barely affecting the giant. This was frustrating, much of her battle style was formulated against opponents her own size, her options were limited in a situation like this one. The flames on her sword spread to her back, forming a pair of wings. She took to the air, and flew directly for the giant, for the grassy tendrils sprouting from it's back. those, at least, should be able to burn. The flames around her grew hotter, as she slashed with her blade once more, sending a wave of flames toward the mass of grass tendrils, the areas that weren't already occupied by other combatants, at least.

Kawari slowed down her avoidance as the leaves finally stopped flying all around her. And just in time, her charging was almost complete. She rushed forward, directly toward the giant. She had decent range with her attack, but the closer she got, the better. After all, the farther the beam would have to travel, the more it would diffuse, and lose more of it's potency. If she could get right up against the giant, that would be excellent. At the least, though, she needed to get much closer. Even as she ran, the charging continued, achieving surprising levels as it traveled through a feedback loop, increasing with each cycle. She wasn't sure how much longer she could safely contain it. She rushed forward as close as she dared, and then pointed her fist at the giant. Her arm shifted, revealing the series of focusing lenses as the withheld energy erupted forth like a beam of pure light. It coruscated vividly, and flashed through the air directly toward the giant, ready to scythe a path of destruction right through it.

The Giant went down after constant attacks. It looked up and it released a set of pollen into the air. As the fire started to consume the giant it only started to shake and burn. As it started to Continue to make a strike towards the group. However the Blast from the small girl started to evaporate. As the giant stopped moving. The giant came down to it's knees. As it looked at the humans. The giant was made by ARes. The God of War. IT was taken down by mortals. However..IT did what it was made to do. As The Giant had taken some of the vegetation from Nano...The giant's head fell off infront of the ninjas. To show that he was defeated. As it released more pollen into the air.

Continued in Annoucement...

Valkyrie sighed. This fight was odd to say the least, but at least it was over. He looked to Kengan and smiled. She knew that he would be pissed that he did not get a chance to kill the drop a giant on his own. He would get over it . . . eventually though. She then looked in the air, all of the spores that came off the giant. she dusted some off of her clothes and put them in a vial. She would study them when she got back home. She then looked at the Giant's head. She considered sending Ranmaru to have a look at that. It might tell them something about what they were up against.

Kengan sighed as the anger passed and he crumpled to the floor. He brought his arms together and sighed. This fight did not go as planned. Now he was going to be paralyzed until Valkyrie had time to fix his spine. Still it was a plus that now he knew that he should update his tactics for flight. Most certainly indeed. Still the day was won, but at what cost. Nano was in tatters after this battle.

Syrahn fell off the giant. "Well, that was disappointing," he said. He had wanted something awesome and grandious. The fight was over before he could really do anything.

Azal jumped off the Giant. "Long time no see, Syrahn," he said calmly. "Where you headed?"

"Indeed, it has been to long. We should battle. After we rest up of course. I'm headed to leaf, care to join me?" Syrahn replied.

"I was actually on my way there," Azal said. "And so we go."

"And so we go," Syrahn answered. They both headed off to the docks.

It had been two years since these three friends had departed so long ago. Their bond was deeper than that of any friends you might know. The boat arrived at the docks on a crystal clear sunny day. The crisp salt air tickled everyone's nose as they took in a breath of air. The crowd shuffled off onto the wooden docks in a hum of chatter. In the middle of the crowd were three expertly trained shinobi and one in training. The first was a slender female with blond hair pulled into a messy bun. Her scarlet eyes were a clear sign of her clan. Her eyes. Eyes whose gaze had meant death for hundreds in the past. She had a carefree expression. Shisui Uchiha. Expert medic ninja and deadly assasin. She smiled to the man standing next to her. A sickly looking man with dark bags under his eyes underneath a fringe of hair created by a bandanna worn over his black hair. He had far too manky katanas strapped all over his back and hips. He was after all the master swordsman Kyoujin Gekkou. He was a missing-nin from the Village Hidden in the moon. A former Akatsuki member even. No longer an active member, the moon village has left Koujin to live a life of peace with his two best friends. He shrugged off Shisui's gesture with a smile. she playfully nudged him in the shoulder before turning to the man on her other side, kising him on the cheek. The silver-haired man from the Village Hidden in the Sound smiled as he gazed at Shisui with his lavender eyes. The day the Nine-Tails demon was extracted from his body, Kyoshou and the rest departed on a journey to a faraway land. Perched on Kyoshou’s shoulders was a tiny little shinobi. A girl of sandy colored hair> Shisui’s daughter, Rin. She was born of the sole intention of ridding shisui of a curse that was expected to kill her. With Rin’s birth, the curse was lifted for the most part. The girl was a living miracle. “Daddy I’m hungry” she whined as she ruffled Kyoshou’s silvery hair. Kyoshou wasn’t her biological father but he loved Shisui with all his heart and was the closest thing to a father Rin had. Kyoshou gazed up from his silvery bangs and replied “Well why don’t you tell mommy? You know she never lets me pick a place to eat” He grimaced at shisui a** he returned the look with a cautious one bearing the faintest of smiles. They made their way to a local curry restaurant. Little Rin was playing with her chipsticks while Kyoujin, Koshou and Shisui were lost in a serious conversation. “So what now?” asked Kyoshou. “What do you mean what now?” Shisui replied. She didn’t like Kyoshou’s tone. “There’s no way I can go back to Konoha. Especially with it still enslaved by Angra Mainyu. Nano’s been our home for a while now. Nano…is peaceful.” Kyoshou frown slightly. “I wouldn’t be too sure. With that Tamao being a part of the Seven Swordsmen, it could stir up some trouble on the countryside. I don’t think Sound is the greatest place either. The The police leader Akai is rumored to be a part of Angra Mainyu and with the Otokage away, there’s nothing we can do. On top of that we still need to earn a living as shinobi.” Koujin took a sip of sake and said “Well I’ve got my sword shop but I’m not certainly sure keeping it here would be best.” Kyoshou looked lost in thought before he spoke. “We just need a permanent location so Rin has a place to stay while mommy and daddy are away for work.” He finished kissing Rin’s forehead and brushing a hand through her hair. Shisui still had a look of concern on her face as she kept an eye on her daughter. “I’m sure Aozame will have no problems finding work for me. He’s always been good to us. I just wonder in what state the world is in.” They returned to Koujin’s sword shop next to the inn Shisui owned. Kyosou walked over to the post box as it seemed packed with unopened mail. As he walked to the house he began flipping through them until his eyes fell on a light blew envelope with the Mist Village crest on it. He opened it and began scanning it’s contents.”Hey Shisui, Kyojin. Home out here for a sec” A few seconds as footsteps were heard and the two stepped outside next to Kyoushou. “It’s a letter from the Mizukage.” Back inside, Shisui was poiring tea as Koujin read the letter. “Says he needs our help. Didn’t say with what. Sounds kind of important.” Shisui took as ip of her tea and said “Well we need to see him anway so this is probably coming at a good time. Kyoshou, will you stay here with Rin?” Kyoshou was busy tweaking his melody arm, tapping it occasionally to see if it was sounding properly. He looked up and said “You know I have to go home. But that’s ok. Rin can come with me. She’s a tough little ninja. Remember when she took on that mob of muggers by herself? She’ll be fine. Besides she’ll be with me.” Shisui wasn’t totally convinced but then decided it was probably alright. She always worried too much anyway. Koujin continued reading the letter when his droopy eyes moved to Kyoshou. “How dear do you hold that Grasscutter blade?” Kyoshou didn’t like how Koujin phrased that question “Umm fairly attatched. Why?” Koujin took a sip of tea and said “Well Aozame needs it. If you don’t mind giving it away, he’d like to use it as a trading token for his family’s Samahada. “ Kyoshou pondered it for a bit. “Well we do owe Aozame big so I guess I could let him have it. I’m gonna miss it though. Ah well”

"I regret to inform this village.. But thanks to the hearing of the fact there may be a rebellion in the works, this village as well as many others are being closed off and sealed away. I regret to inform you that your homes and all other possessions will be locked away.. No one will be allowed to enter or leave this area.. From now on!" A males voice rings out over the village, though there was no one in sight to actually show who had said this. As soon as the words were spoken, a heavy air came across the village as the entire thing seemed to become locked down. The ribbons that covered the village, solidifying and wrapping around the entire thing like a large dome, preventing anyone from entering or leaving this place ever again.
