This...was getting to ******** annoying. He tripped this time over a rock he hadn't seen. It was the same color as the rest of the area, a dusty orange and it blended in perfectly. He couldn't tell the size or hight of that damn thing and stumbled hard. He moved along the ground, rolling in a bit of dispare. he decided that his next would be his last, success or not.

This was just getting painful. He was hurt and bruised from all the falls and found it hard to move certain small parts of his body. The pain was getting ot him a bit and he decided to call it a day. Maybe another time...

This was getting down to the wire. Roy was almost done with everything he had set out to do. It was a pain in the a** but it was still worth it. He had come a good ways since starting this study. At first, he had no clue what he was doing but now...now he had a pure thought process. He had developed a thought process and saw it through all the way to this point. He was now ready to do some final stages to test out the jutsu. He had made a point ot stop by an old junk yard on the way over and picked up some pieces of scrap metal. He wanted to be sure that he would have a grasp over many different types of material and thats what today was for. He looked over the pieces of metal he had gathered and from what he knew, the molecular composition of metal wasn't as complex and divided as rocks were. It was definatly something that had to be through about and thats what he meant to do. Looking at the first piece, he picked one up and began to feel his chakra flowing through the piece of metal. It was a piece of steel.

The chakra was moving just fine today and he could tell itw as moving into the piece of metal just fine as well as it began to heat up. Not too hot but it was warm to the touch. He finished the input of the chakra and soon tossed the piece of metal. He found a nice little area of cover behind a small cliff nearby and jumped into it. The piece of metal shattered and shards went everywhere. He could hear the pieces stabbing into the ground and surrounding areas with ease. After the sound subsided, and he gave them a moment ot make sure verything was done, he poped his head back out.
The moon shimmered in the reflextion of the shards. It had been a success. Moving quickly to keep the testing going, he moved over to another piece of metal, a piece of iron and began with it.

The iron had taken to his manipulation even better thant he steel had. Maybe the raw material had something to do with it. Whatever the reason, this denser metal was getting ready to blow but it would do so at his order. He finally finished filling the iron and moved the chakra into the desired positions to make the metal pop the way he wanted ad tossed it into the air. Again, a dash into his hole caused the flying shrapnel to go everywhere.
The iron was heavior and it stabbed deeper into the ground. He heard the pieces flying and soon the sound stopped. He stuck his head back up and looked around again. The pieces were done and the moon reflected. This was some good results tonight and he picked anotehr piece of iron and continued.

The very thick metal wasn't one to give way especially since this lastpiece was a pretty thick piece. It was banged and battered pretty bad and needed a bit more chakra than the last piece. Roy sighed for a long moment and took a deep breath. He then began to insert more into it with another try.

This piece just wasn't budging and with his last try, the chakra he tried to insert went through the rough. He placed far to much into it though and shattered prematurly. A mixture of shrapnel and dust flew about him, one piece cutting into his jaw. He groaned a bit and dropped what was left. Maybe...another metal would be better.
After whiping off his cheek, he went for another piece of metal.

The metal went exactly the way it should. It flew with deep power and held his chakra for as long as he directed. As it flew into the air, it shattered into sharpened shards and flew everywhere. The pieces flew with great speed and force in a spheracle shape. He heard the pieces finish and came back out.
One of the metals was particularly shiny and drew his attention. It had been uncovered by one of the iron pieces flying past, knockingo ff some of the other metal. He picked it up and began to try with this metal.

Roy felt the chakra flowing into the piece of metal and felt the heat rising. He tossed it to the side and jumped again behind a pile of rocks. Again the shrapnel and again the silence. He was almost finished with this for today, just a few more times and he'd be done.

Roy was getting a bit tired from doing this jutsu over and over and it was starting to show. The last piece of metal he used began to overheat, it was almost to hot to handel and Roy ended up tossing it faster than normal. He almost didn't have time to get into the crevise before it poped. He sighed a good deal as a piece of shrapnel flew right over his head. He looked to the pieces that fell within his sight to see them searing for a litt,e they were heated but cooled very quickly. Such was the nature of metal. He sighed realizing he needed to get this done with. All the same he only had two more pieces of metal anyway.

This piece...yes this piece was responding far better than the last but still not as well as Roy had hoped. It heated quite fast and he couldn't finish shaping the chakra just perfectly but it was still good enough for this testing. He tossed it as he had the others and soon found his way into the hole. A few seconds passed between the explosion and the metal hitting the ground. He sighed and looked to his hand. His gloves were starting to tear from the heat and sharpness of the metal. He needed to finish soon. MOving over toward the last piece, he pushed his chakra into it.

He couldn't even get this piece filled. He knew it was because of his hand's starting to hurt and took that as a sign. He tossed the peice of metal to the ground and sat for a moment to rest before starting his next training.

[[Final Day of Body Flicker]]
This was a different type of exercise. His hands could take a rest today as he decided to finish his jutsu training for the body flicker. He was almost finished with it, the jutsu was almost common to him but he wanted a few more tries with it. So, standing up, he headed over to a straigth path away form the debries for his previous training and soon he took off after applying the chakra to his legs.
