Taru looked around aimlessly then saw a blonde girl being introduced to a raven-haired girl and smirks. "Well, It's not to early to make a stab at popularity!" The Young man walked up to the girls cooly and nonchalantly.
"Can I.....help you m'ams?" he said with a gentle tone of voice.

((Lilka has white hair. Zhi is my raven-haired 2nd character. Sorry, I just changed things around so it's a tad confusing.))
Lilka looked over at the boy that had approached them. She gave him a warm grin. "Hi! I don't speak for us both, but I don't think I need help with anything. I may be new here, but I still know how to use a map as well as the next person. Name's Lilka, by the way, call me Lil or Lilli."

Taru grinned, "I'm Taruko, you can call me Taruko, Taru, or just T." He looked around their current location. "I'm new too, In fact I'm not even completely registered yet. Soooooo....what brings you to Ria High?"

A bit of sorrow flashed across Lilli's pale eyes for a moment. It was quickly replaced by her usual cheery sparkle. "My mother couldn't teach me to control my powers, so she sent me here." She said simply. "And you?"

He looked at her curiously for a moment, then brushes it off. "I live on my own, I thought this would be a good place to hone my skills." He said as he throws a small ball of flame at a nearby water-fountain, causing it to explode in the process, "I'm a pyromancer, what do you do?"

Lilli watched the ball of fire and whistled, impressed. "Well, my brother was an aquamancer. Me.... I have a sort of mental manipulation power, I suppose. I'm also pretty good with knives."

"Impressive!" Taruko sighed. "Man, I have read and read those darn information papers and I STILL don't get it! Especially that star thing!" Taruko Stretched a good biit then continued, "So where are you from?"

Lilka glanced at him. "You always ask this many questions?" She asked, a slight note of irritation in her voice. So many personal questions all at once, even if they were rather innocent, made her a little uncomfortable.

Taruko looked around, as confused as ever. He trudged back to the reception desk and sighed. "Man I will never understand this school," he sighed again, "And it seemed like such a great school too!" He sighed once more "they won't let me in anyway...."

Olivia watched the boy who introduced himself as Taruko walk back over to the reception desk. She felt sorry for him. He was just trying to make friends and he was new here after all, just like herself and the other girl.
She turned to the girl, Lilka. "What did you do that for?" she asked her. "It was a perfectly innocent question and I'm sure he was just trying to make conversation." Before the girl could reply, Olivia realized she hadn't even introdiced herself. "Oh, my name's Olivia by the way. You can call me that, or Livvy or Liv. I don't care which."

Taruko turned to look. "Oh it was'nt her!!!" he said frantically. "I'm just confused is all!!" Taruko turned to The other girl, "No harm, No foul!!!" Taruko looked at the girln curiously, "So what do you do?"

"Me? I'm a witch, but I also practice divination." Livvy said. "I'm afraid I'm not very good at either though. That's why I'm here. I hope this place can help me and that I'm not just a walking jinx." Livvy sighed. Her grandmother always insisted that her misfortune was just a bit of bad luck. Livvy hoped she was right.

Taruko smiled "well finding this school could'nt be BAD luck!!!" He said happily, "As you can see..., He said proudly as he blew up another water fountain, "I'm a Pyromancer!!!" he stood proudly and waited for his awesomeness that he had waited for his whole life to sink in.

Olivia was startled by the sudden blowing-up-of-the-water-fountain. She raised her hand and continued to stare blankly. "Uh, I don't think that was very wise. You do realize you just blew up school property?" This boy was definately strange. Olivia had a feeling that, if all the people here were like this, she wouldn't have to worry about fitting in.

"Oh... I, uh, well... I just..." Lilka stuttered as she searched for an answer to this girl Olivia. She was releived when Taruko turned back around and took the girl's attention off her. She was startled as well by the small explosion.
"Ok, two minutes ago you're talking about the school probably not letting you in, and then you go and blow up one of their fountains. I'm really starting to understand where they'd be coming from." She crossed her arms and leveled her pale gaze at him.
She took her eyes off him for a few moments, moving them to Olivia. "Oh, and in case you didn't catch it before, I'm Lilka. Friends call me Lil or Lilli. Nice to meet you, Livvy."
