๑۩۞۩๑ ๑۩ﺴ Some shadows have more depth. ﺴ۩๑ But he wouldn't. He couldn't. He couldn't just let Lock walk away from him forever, not without knowing everything he felt.
The song. He had to sing Lock that song. Ethan closed his eyes begrudgingly and put a hand on his face. He couldn't even muster up the energy to talk correctly right now, there was no way he could sing! But... But there was nothing else he could do... Reluctant to use his last resort, Ethan dropped his head and let his dark hair cover his closed eyes, just wanting to avoid the look of disgust he was sure to receive.
"I can't... hide the way I feel about you anymore." he started quietly, nerves and tears numbing his naturally flat tone. Despite the tears still rolling down his face, his cheeks were heating up with a shy blush.
"I can't hold the hurt inside... keep the pain out of my eyes anymore..." He sang the song Ellery had helped him with. He stumbled over a few words occasionally when he scrambled to remember the lyrics, his tone repeatedly hit a wrong note or grew incredibly flat, and once in a while his voice would crack, causing him to pause and cough nervously. It was embarrassing, pathetic even. He was trying to sing his way into Lock's forgiveness, and he wasn't doing a very good job at it. Pathetic. Desperate. Low. There weren't many other words left to describe him at this moment.

It was a song that he knew well, a song that he thought of everytime he looked at a picture of Ethan. He bit his lip, breathing softly as he listened to the badly-sung song, swallowing back his sobs so he could listen. It was... It was so cute. " Ethan," whispered Lock as the song finished, turning just enough to take a look at the brunette. He looked so broken, so defeated, and the Korean knew he'd finally lost the battle inside himself. With an outward cry, he lunged forward and wrapped his arms around the American, holding him against his chest and unwilling to let go. He couldn't lose him again. He couldn't let him go, for fear that he'd run away. Never again. Just never again.

๑۩۞۩๑๑۩ﺴ Some shadows have more depth. ﺴ۩๑ Ethan stayed standing in silence, too afraid to look up. He didn't think he could handle seeing Lock laugh at him while he was crying, and as he thought that he also thought of how pointless it was to just try singing. Who was he kidding? No crappy song could win Lock back, no amount of apologies or tears could even make him blink. And the silence proved so.
Feeling more tears shut his eyes closed, Ethan clenched his jaw to keep from crying out loud. Deciding it best to stop burdening the blonde, he turned around to walk away for him for the last time when...
Ethan hesitated when he heard Lock's voice, though it was quiet and he couldn't understand it. He hesitated but turned around to ask him what he said, and as soon as he turned Lock had wrapped him up in a hug. The brunette blinked in surprise at first, but it was quickly replaced with joy. He closed his eyes, tears escaping them, and hugged Lock back, crying tears of joy into his chest. Lock was back, and he would never let him go again.

He didn't care about Fredrich or Ellery, or Su-Bin or Bae. All that mattered was this, his beautiful Ethan, back to him and wanting him. He wouldn't let him go, not for the wide world. It took several minutes, but soon enough, Lock was finished with his kissing, and he pulled back enough to cup Ethan's cheeks in his hands and gaze down at his beautiful face. " I missed you every second," he breathed, thumbs brushing away tears from the teen's face as his own tears fell. " I am never letting you go again, Ethan. Every moment without you is torture."

"I-I'm so sorry for everything I did!" Ethan cried and pushed forward to hug him again. "I love you! I love you so much!"

"I'll never doubt you again." he replied while moving his arms up to hook around Lock's neck, gazing deeply into those hypnotic eyes he could only see through either his computer or his dreams.

His fingers moved with relative ease, touching each spot he had remembered that Ethan loved. It was as if they'd just made love last night. " Ethan," whispered the blonde as he pushed Ethan's shirt way up and applied his lips to his chest.

He missed the touches, the way Lock said his name under his breath, even the way he chuckled that made the Texan think he said something wrong. He missed it, and living day after day was perhaps the hardest thing he had ever gone through. Or, well, the second hardest thing...

His body recognized this handling and opened his legs for Lock out of habit, which only made the Texan's face blush. He gripped Lock's shirt and helped him out of it, wanting him nude just as much as the other did.

His fingers slowly drummed their way up up leg, slipping between his thighs and brushing just his fingertips against the teen's length through the thin boxers. He was still mostly clothed, and was too excited at the moment with getting the boy beneath him half-naked to remember to take his own clothes off.
