Oh, this wasn’t good at all. Hel didn’t appreciate being boxed in the slightest…but to move now would indicate that she was uncomfortable, and Titus would like that. Her expression hardened as he pulled up her mask and gave her a wide smile. Damn it. Her poker face was gone.

Because it was gone, she couldn’t hide the briefest look of hurt that flashed across her face at the words get tired of you, and she tried to roll the look into another scowl. Her fingers tightened around her punch top, and she jerked it forward, flinging the punch at his smug face. “You are the reason reapers have middle fingers. Go ******** yourself, Titus and get out of my face.”

Mitsu had just started to give up on the dancing. Not to mention the music was slowing down and she felt a little awkward being out on the floor. She smiled at Freya the best she could nearly jumping when she heard Shun whisper in her ear. For a second there was a bit of flailing and a wide eyed expression until she turned to find her date.

"Ah Shun!" Smiling again she turned to give him a hug. "I missed you." She whispered.

"I missed you too," he said quietly while embracing her. Shun paused though as he heard the music change to something softer. This was something he could step to a little more easily, he felt. And the lyrics he heard also seemed to have something to it.

With a soft expression, he took a step back to bow deeply to his girl before extending his hand out to her.

A silent invitation.

"Out front," he said, tugging her out the front doors of the auditorium and away from the lights on the path. "Now would you PLEASE tell me what I did to make you so jumpy? Was it the song? Was it somethin' else? Because practically all night ghouls have been confusing the hell out of me, and right now you're right at the top of the list."

Then he looked at her, hurt in his eyes. "And I really don't like it when you do that, okay?" he said quietly. "I told you I wasn't runnin--that I'd be your friend, and friends tell friends when they've screwed up royal, right?"

Not a student? Nuk's eyebrows lifted at this, bewilderment etching even further into his expression, most of it lost beneath the skull mask. How could she not be a student? He was fairly confident that the school didn't allow non-students to Amityville events, and she looked far too young to be an alumni... although the skinwalker admitted, he couldn't rule out the possibility. She could be a prodigy, either having graduated before he was even a student himself, or perhaps she had finished her schooling in the six months he had been gone. This thought only confused him more, a little intimidated by this new consideration, and he looked at the ghoul in a new light, his eyes flicking down her form with intrigue. Her words were cryptic, adding another layer of mystique to this already mysterious woman, and the skinwalker found himself ... liking her. Even more than he thought he would. Or had been willing to allow himself to.

Then again, maybe it was a good thing. He was enjoying her company... perhaps she could fill him in.

"No, you're right. Another time, then?" Nuk inquired, a hint of flirtatious undertone lacing his rough voice. For the first time in a long time, the skinwalker found himself relaxing a little, that typical over-confident smirk curling his lips. "I'm Nukpana."

Mitsu was uncertain why Shun was pulling back at first but soon understood when he bowed and offered her his hand. It may not have been the first dance of the night but it was still a dance with her reaper and Mitsu smiled as she reached out and took his hand grabbing a light handful of the dress at her side and giving a light courtesy. As she stood fully again she closed the gap between them resting her hands on his shoulders.

Jack tried to help. Tried but being wet wasn't what she wanted. The dress looked better but not quite. It was uncomfortable for Tahki to be in such wet and goopy clothing. The possibility of a cold was something she wanted to avoid. So she took her pin off and handed it to Charlie which caused her to glow and transform in to a full blown fluffy arctic gryphon. Lucky for her the dress floated on down in to Charlies hands in one piece. Also lucky for her and the students around her she was backed up in to a corner.

"Could you maybe wash that Charlie?" She gave the demon a pleading look.

Charlie gave Tahki a happy nod and ran off to the boils bathroom with Tahkis dress.

"... An opponent...?" Lizzy blinked, tilting her head upwards to look at the ghoul as she frowned; that's a very odd date to bring to prom! Then again, this was Levi, and she might had taken prom to be some sort of training, rather than the social function it was.

She remained a Levi-growth for the duration of the song, enjoying the head pats and affection, seeing how she was usually the one to give, not receive. As the music changed into something less startling, she slowly detached herself, looking sheepish, "Uh, sorry about that..."

Pause.

"Oh! Who's this 'opponent' by the way?" She couldn't resist asking, "Do I know him?"
