Has anyone figured out how to take screenshots of full-screen games on Windows 7?

"Trickster has found a way to collect memories in the way you speak of. To take a screenshot, all you need to do is press the printscreen button (PrtScr). When you take the screenshot, you'll notice a rather short pause in the game, usually one second,"

"Sorry for not being around so much, I've pretty much buried myself into video games to avoid thinking.
Only way I've been able to manage lately.
I mean, I still log on, but generally only to check up on things...
But otherwise I don't find much reason.
Gaia reminds me too much of the people I miss, who have left me.
And so do The Elder Scrolls games.
Maybe things will get better when I have school to distract me in about 5 weeks time, but then I might be busy because of that.
But don't worry, I still check the Guild from time to time to see if I have anything to contribute."
