So, the chart copied above, is about battle pets, and I'm not understanding what's up with the small pet's base chakra/stamina. Can this be changed at all, in any way? I just don't see how a smaller pet would have more stamina than a large pet, which would clearly have more strength (speed, in some cases) and the ability to use physical attacks more effectively than a smaller pet. In my opinion they should have more chakra. I was thinking about buying a battle pet, but if I have to resort to a "strange" combat animal to fulfill the chakra needs I'd like to have for a small pet, it'd be a waste of Ryo. xD Are these battle pets allowed an element, or just Maruton and Genjutsu? Can they use their jutsu points for Taijutsu/Bukijutsu/Formless since they are given stamina?

So my first job and my new girlfriend have both been keeping me busy. There's my excuse for why I haven't been around here for the last half year or so.
Anyways, I want to make a puppeteer/medical character. Or puppeteer/puppeteer still trying to decide. I'm trying to remember how creating custom poisons works is there a place I go to to have one approved? Also I don't want to be in Sunangakure just because I hate the desert so if I was in Konoha could I still go to the store there to have a human puppet made?

You can, but the chakra/stamina is permanent, you have to buy books and train them so they can fight/communicate. They can only have maruton... And not sure about Genjutsu. Slots can also be used for styles, I believe, one slot per technique, starting at stage one and moving up. ...At least, this is what I'm going with, as my question above has yet to be answered...

Non tamer can buy battle pets. They will only be able to get up to jonin level though. I am making edits to the tamer class and pets at the moment. As of right now no tai/buki or gen just nin and natural weaponry. Edits will be out soon though so look for em smile
Thank you. One last question about pets though. Red pandas would be considered strange animals because of how uncommon they are in the world, yes?

Question~ As a hatake and after learning shiroi chidori...would I have to learn the normal chidori to do it's variants and other jutsu that require it as a prereq?
I'm SO SORRY I didn't even see this ugh. No red pandas would be just a small animal. Sorry again.

Yes you would. I would highly recommended it anyway as all of the chidori variants are VERY useful.

Are we allowed to use other peoples custom jutsus?
Whenever you, a member of Shinobi Nations, submit any idea or finished product for guild usage you must also recognize that the guild, as a whole, has the right to alter or remove such ideas or finished products in order to expel any conflicts that may arise because of such ideas/products.
When exactly do you decide to edit someones post? is this an IC or OOC context?

The first quote is in reference to submitting custom content, such as styles, ninjutsu, etc. Acknowledging that we have the right to edit materials once they become guild-used property.
The Personal Attribute guide is set up that way to show what is immediately illegal, but we do leave it open so that other creative ideas can be designed.
There is a logical wave of acceptability based on what is designed and what it built and accepted using the new Smithing/Jobs system.
Yes, you can own pets or play musicians, but Tamers have exclusive abilities and setup to owning special types of pets. Anyone can play music, but only the Musician/Performer class can use instruments to perform ninjutsu.
Yes, people outside of the Ninjutsu class can still learn Ninjutsu, up to their class limit. One can also use their PAs to gain more ninjutsu/genjutsu slots or a Tai/Buki style.

That is a tricky question, as there are Genjutsu and such that can be utilized using a bell, etc. I would err on the side of yes, but that these bells would have to be specialized.
