I don't doubt your abilities. A sudden shock and some slight trauma wouldn't defeat you. And I may have a low opinion of you, it's just mostly of your being a demon.
I'm just saying it's more of how these events would likely be continuing as time goes on. After having dealt with so many, it could become a bit of a problem.
Confidence is nothing without carefulness. And an incomplete contract is full of loopholes.

Confidence is nothing without carefulness. And an incomplete contract is full of loopholes. Of course, but in time the priest may weaken too. As far as the contract is concerned, it is still bound by laws, its no mortal contract after all. Therefore, it is "fair" in that it does not give advantage to either side. All that was not decided on the contract were the terms of both parties. I had already constructed the legal groundwork. The terms of one are balanced by the terms of the other...and so consensus is reached. So saying, the cost to both sides is even albeit not in the same way.

Very true. I may very well be optimistic for Tasn, but for now, you can't really know for certain.
So, if I understand correctly, the terms have not yet been decided upon but will soon by both sides. The contract will not give any advantages to either side, giving an equal negative to them or an equal positive to the other. So if one side gives a term, let's say one which lets them kill the other in a specific way or time, another term would also be put into place, either a negative for them like "you will also die if killed in this way/at this time" or a positive for the other like "they will be resurrected if killed in this way/at this time" to keep it balanced. Or do you just mean the two of you would discuss the terms to be put in place?
I'm not quite so familiar with magical contracts other than them being fairly absolute without much, if any, way to end them.

Let's see.... I'd like a good number, a really high one, though a fairly low one wouldn't be so bad.
